Studio located on the 1st floor of a detached building. Direct access to the Dérêches sports park (swimming pool, tennis courts, equestrian center, health course, Palais des Congrès course, ice rink, adventure course, etc.) For mountain biking or walking, the Super Morzine gondola is 200 meters from the accommodation. Ideally located in the center of the village, all shops, bars and restaurants are accessible without a vehicle. A private uncovered parking space is available.

Rainbow Apartment

The apartment is part of the annex built in 1950 at the paternal cottage. This cottage was built in 1850 by my great-grandfather, my grandparents lived there and my dad and his sister were born there. The apartment has been slightly renovated, it is furnished simply and functionally. In front of the chalet, there is a grassy plot, which was long the vegetable garden and the only source of income for my grandmother who became a widow prematurely.

Beautiful 50 m2 apartment for rent, for 2 to 4 people, in one of the buildings of the Thermal Center. The baths are accessible by heated galleries and elevators. The shuttle bus that leads to the ski slopes stops in front of the building In fine weather, an outdoor tennis court, which is a 3-minute walk from the building, can be rented from the Tourist Office. Tourist tax must be paid directly to the Tourist Office.
