The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Redwood Sanctuary is located in the idyllic Oakland Hills with beautiful vistas, hikes, and parks within a short drive. The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Montclair village is an 8 minute drive, providing lots of great food and shops. Minutes from Highway 13 and 580. It is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3. We'd love to host your stay!

Our charming cottage is a relaxing retreat in the city! Our sweet cabin is small and cozy set in an expansive garden oasis. We offer a unique experience for those interested in a beautiful and tranquil escape in the heart of the city. The cottage is at the back of our large garden with views of our beautiful urban farm with a pond, chickens and goats! Families with up to 2 children are best suited for the loft because of the low ceiling. No more than 2 adults please.

Beautiful waterfront house with a view of lighthouse and quick (1 min) access to fast water. I have wonderful deck with glass windows you can see the view! Dock for two boats. Lovely sunrise on waterfront deck and access to your boat! Bring your boat, only 1 min to fast water! Very nice place to relax and enjoy water sports and fishing. You can swim between docks or in the deep water. Beautiful view from the living room and sun room! Perfect for family and friends.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.

Beautiful and sunny home in Discovery Bay! Amazing view of the lake as you enter the door. Activities include kayaking, paddling boarding (not included) and fishing right outside your back yard. Great for a mini vacation or weekend getaway, come here to relax and enjoy. Business users have high speed wifi internet with a convenience printer. A hour drive away from the Bay Area. Great for travel nurses, short term rental, shelter in place =)
