Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bethany Beach

I’ve never walked into someone else’s home and felt immediately like it was my “happy place” until Niki’s beach home. Our two young daughters were also smitten and have already said they want to go back to the beach house. The home itself is beautiful. The location is perfection. It was so clean & well stocked. Im going to be stalking the availability calendar to go back!

We planned a girl’s weekend trip for Mother’s Day. It was amazing! Luckily for us; it was not quite “beach season” but things were open and we were lucky to experience the different beaches with little traffic and ZERO parking fees. The house was beautiful. Wherever you choose to sit and sip your beverage of choice, you’ll have a beautiful view. The house is spacious and came equipped with some baby essentials that helped lighten our load with packing. Ashlee was very responsive! We really loved this place & hope to return again.

We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Loreees place! Super responsive when needed and clear instructions for check in and out. Private, quite, clean building and condo and we had everything we needed. The views were stunning & exactly as pictured. Walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and 7-11 next door for convenience. I would recommend staying here!

We had four generations in the house for the long Labor Day weekend. It was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable. Nearby beach and town. A pool and small playground across the street thoroughly enjoyed by our three year old. A cook's kitchen. A gracious host. Five stars plus plus!

We booked this house last minute and it was absolutely stunning! I am not someone who likes to go to the same place twice but I will absolutely be coming here again. The amount of kitchen appliances is amazing! You can make anything you want! It was so comfortable for our family of 10 and it was such a nice neighborhood! The owner was super responsive and helpful! Highly highly recommend!

Amy’s friendly and welcoming beach house was the perfect after Labor Day getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials for family meals. The beds were comfortable, and I especially appreciated closets and drawers in all three bedrooms. Plenty of beach chairs and wagon available so no need to bring them . The local Bethany Beach was within walking distance, though after the summer season we found easy parking one block from the water. Great price for a long weekend near the beach after the summer season. Amy was attentive and available. We had no issues at all, and would eagerly book a long weekend again at Amy’s home.

Decked out is a beautiful home in a great location. You can tell the host Ryan put a lot of thought into making sure the home was a great stay for a family. There were toys for the kids, board games, even plastic plates and bowls for the kids. We traveled with two families and the kids enjoyed their time. The beach essentials and plastic plates and bowls for the kids made things so much easier. The home was well stocked and Ryan was very communicative making sure we had what we needed. Even had a chat with some neighbors and everyone was so kind. Would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay during our first visit to Rohoboth. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The host was quick to respond to any question or need. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the dining area was great for playing our group games. We loved the pool and hot tub area as well. We would definitely come back!

Hosts were highly communicative and we appreciated the amount of information they provided about the condo, the Sea Colony community, and the surrounding areas. We had a quiet stay the first week of June. We loved the screened porch and loft and had plenty of space for our family of four. Sea Colony’s amenities were great for traveling with kids, especially the pools and splash pad, tram, and easy free parking at the beach. The entire community/resort is well maintained.

Our first Airbnb experience but will not be our last! This place was beautiful and the hosts were just wonderful! Best stay ever!!

Absolutely loved this little place. Fantastic location and just right for a mother-daughter getaway. The unit is very private and super well-designed with a ton of smart storage solutions. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would 100% book again!

This is our second stay at All Decked Out. The space is decorated beautifully and it has everything you need and more! Dennis and Steven are gracious and warm and truly make you feel at home. We love the location because it’s a very short ride to both Cape Henlopen State Park in Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. By far, one of our favorite Airbnb’s.

Condo was exactly as described! Amazing oceanfront view! I was also impressed with how much room there was. It was cruiser week so it was a tad bit noisy at night, but other than that and the fact we couldn’t stay longer, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location just minutes away from the Beach. Comfortable and Cozy space well suited for a relaxing time while in town. Thanks Brad!

Donna & Neal’s “sweet suite” was absolutely PERFECT! Beautifully decorated to every detail to make you feel relaxed, cozy & at home! Donna was great at communicating check-in details & any other info or suggestions we may need. We were able to meet Donna & Neal, they are the most kind & sweet people! The suite was VERY clean & free of any chemical cleaner smell like another review mentioned & I really appreciated that. We loved all the treats, fresh flowers & special touches just for us & to feel so welcomed in their lovely town of Frankford. The bed was super comfy, kitchen area had everything you would need, bathroom & shower was AMAZING! This was a last minute getaway for us so we feel so fortunate to have found such a beautiful place to stay! The only Airbnb in the area that met all our needs & wants! We will 100% return again & recommending the “sweetest suite” to all our family & friends! Truly believe this trip was meant to be & our paths were meant to cross w/Donna & Neal!

A Perfect Rehoboth Beach Getaway – Thank You, Theresa! Our stay at Theresa’s home in Rehoboth Beach was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The house is pristine, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — every corner felt like it was designed with care and intention. One of the highlights? Theresa’s incredible hospitality. She had welcome goodie bags waiting for us, and the fridge was thoughtfully stocked with breakfast yogurts and other essentials — such a warm and generous touch that made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. Brian and his family were amazing. As soon as we booked they were very accommodating. This continued into the stay and it was so lovely to stay somewhere with the kids in mind.

Better view than the pic shows! The private beach was clean and very close to the condo. Rentable chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. There are 2 chairs and umbrellas in the condo to use. Some of the furnishings could use a freshen-up. Mattress was excellent and we are picky! The place was very clean upon arrival and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had! Bethany Beach Boardwalk is less than a mile and a delightful treat with great restaurants and shops along with beach access- something we did not expect and thoroughly enjoyed!

We had a wonderful stay at Mike's condo in Lewes! The location was absolutely perfect — just a short, pleasant walk to both the charming town center and the beach. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The condo itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bikes were a huge plus! We loved biking to Cape Henlopen State Park. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Lewes!

Really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's. Awesome condo that was clean, comfortable and roomy. Wonderful views from Living Room, Balcony and Master Bedroom. Close enough to the water to hear the waves breaking. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Definitely hope to be back!

We had a great time at Seth’s place. The location was perfect, quiet but still plenty to do. Easy beach access and clear directions for everything. Watched dolphins from the balcony and loved hearing the waves.

We had an amazing stay! The place was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the view off the balcony was amazing! Shiri was incredibly responsive and kind. Would definitely recommend this place!
