Vacation rentals with a patio in Bethany Beach

Hand down what an AIRBNB is supposed to be. The place is just like the pictures and smells crystal clean upon arrival. The mattress and linens were so comfortable it had me wanting to replace my mattress! This was the perfect place for annual girls weekend. Let me explain how gracious they were. We had previously picked a different Airbnb and the moment we walked into the place realized we had been PUNKED. I wont get into that whole story but needless to say it was nothing like what was advertised and we actually felt unsafe. I reach out to Steven immediately and he responded right away. Although the reservation would mean us checking in within hours of the booking he was willing to accommodate us with very short notice. The communication was flawless and Steven was truly our saving grace for the trip. What turned into a rough start ended on a very high note. Thank you, again Steven!

Jacki’s place was peaceful, clean, well-equipped and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

My wife and I had our baby moon at this Airbnb. It was close to everything and everywhere we wanted to go in and around Rehoboth, DE. Each night we tried somewhere new to eat. The accommodations were clean and nicely decorated. It was easy to get in and out and felt like our belongings were safe when we went out. The only issue we had was a few noisy neighbors a few of the nights we were there (loud music and yelling). But other than that, no issues at all. We'd cole back again!

It was a clean lovely apartment within walking distance of the beach. The bed was comfortable for us and the towels were some of the softest I have ever used. it was very nicely decorated. The big screen TV was wonderful. The only ocean view was outside on the landing by the front door where you could see the horizon. The beach was very nice.

Kate and Dan were very accommodating. They responded quickly to my messages. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Kate helped us instantly access the key in the lock box. My friends and I loved the cute rooms and great amenities.

Thank you, Ian. Your place was very clean and excellent location to restaurants, shops, etc. We especially liked that we could walk to Big Fish for a great dinner.

The place was great . Extremely clean and great location . Literally steps to the pool is not an exaggeration , pool access right our your patio door. Great location within walking distance of bars and nightlife. Would definitely stay again. Parking is a short walk from the condo but detailed instructions are provided by the host. We had no issues but host was available via text if anything had come up.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend with family and friends, an infant and toddler and 5 small dogs. The place was very accommodating for everyone and had everything we need. The views were beautiful! Also location is excellent. We walked to the beach multiple times from the house (about 1 mile I think). Felt very safe and comfortable.

This was our first time using an air bnb and I must say that I was very impressed. The place was very nice, clean and inviting. It felt like home when you walked in, the area was convenient to beaches, shopping, restaurants and gas stations. The little details they had such as a guest book to sign, games, beach furniture, binder with information such as passwords to WiFi and streaming services , beaches , recommendations for places to visit or eat at etc. Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The whole experience we had was great , not one complaint . Highly recommend staying here.

The house and neighborhood were extremely nice and peaceful. The privacy fence in the back yard is wonderful for traveling with dogs. There were two huskies next door that liked to look down from the second floor and woo at you so keep that in mind if you have a reactive doggo. Not sure if they live there or just vacation. The house was nice and clean. You'll need to take your own linens. There were ants in the kitchen but mostly contained by the ant traps. There was a storm that tripped one of the electric controls for the kitchen. Danna was able to respond the next morning and let us know where the fuse box was to fix it. Only about 0.4 miles from a nice but busy coffee shop and store. Only a couple blocks from the beach. Easy to Uber down to the boardwalk or restaurants. Overall very nice place if you're looking for peace but close to activities.

We planned a girl’s weekend trip for Mother’s Day. It was amazing! Luckily for us; it was not quite “beach season” but things were open and we were lucky to experience the different beaches with little traffic and ZERO parking fees. The house was beautiful. Wherever you choose to sit and sip your beverage of choice, you’ll have a beautiful view. The house is spacious and came equipped with some baby essentials that helped lighten our load with packing. Ashlee was very responsive! We really loved this place & hope to return again.

My friends and I had a fantastic weekend getaway at this beautiful home! The accommodations were exactly what we were hoping for—clean, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect way to kick off the summer. Trina was a responsive and friendly host, making communication easy throughout our stay. We’d love to return in the future!

My stay at Jennifer’s place was nothing short of amazing! The place itself is fantastic -super clean in every room, very tastefully decorated without being too much and very spacious on the inside. The beds are super comfy-best sleep I’ve had in a long time. And if you’re staying in the middle bedroom, the shades are amazing and barely let any sun in so it’s very easy to sleep in. The kitchen is fully stocked for all basic needs so nothing extra to pack there. One of my favorite parts of the house was the sun room off the kitchen/living room-if you take your cup of coffee out there and open the blinds up it is a fantastic way to start the day! There are also plenty of games and a comfy couch for rainy day activities. The bikes and beach chairs in the garage are a very nice touch, all are in excellent condition and it’s a very nice area to bike around. The pool is great for lounging and everyone there was pleasant! There is a brewery down the street that we walked to that was super fun!

We had a wonderful stay! There’s a playground right across the street that also has nature trails. The house was close to the beach and the parking pass was super handy. Many restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. There was a large selection of kitchen appliances/cookware and a grill out back that was very convenient. Happy we came!

Ricki was a great host and sea colony and the condo were absolutely awesome for our 6 and 8 year old boys. Cannot wait to go back again.

We were coming to spend time in Rohoboth Beach, and it was such a short drive (10-15 min) and very easy to travel back and forth to this apartment in Lewes. Perfect for our family, very homey. We especially loved the porch with a hammock, and the bed in the primary suite was super comfortable. Would come again!

The best place anyone could stay! Amazing views, clean, comfortable and great location. Quiet, yet close by needed amenities. Well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook and enjoy the time with family. Teen boys and dad LOVED the boat dock and ability to go out with our paddle boards. Loved biking and running the open areas around getting ready for an Ironman. While the rest enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning. Super flexible when we needed another day added to our stay as well. Thank you for the amazing stay! We’ll be returning now that our son has moved to the Delaware.

Jonathan was very flexible with early check in which was nice! The place was clean and located a short 10 minutes to the beach. Please know the unit has bath towels but no wash clothes. I did communicate to the host and he explained they go missing so they stopped providing them for guests. My only suggestion is the couch could definitely use an upgrade. Everything else was great!

What a beautiful area, and such a peaceful atmosphere! We really enjoyed our stay at Rohoboth Beach and this condo was just what we needed, very accommodating, clean, and in a great location, close to the beach!

We were fortunate during our particular weekend that OC was not very busy in general. There were no other neighbors present in the other units in the buidling which made it very quiet. No other neighbors also meant we had the deck to ourselves. When it was not raining, the deck view of the ocean was beautiful. The walk to the beach was quick. Anna and Patrick were very accessible, responsive, and kind. It was perfect for our plans and needs.

Brandy’s place was very nice! It was very clean and orderly and had great amenities and supplies. It was very modern and I felt very comfortable and safe there. Brandy was very responsive, courteous, and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her place again if I ever go back.
