Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bethany Beach

Our family had a fabulous reunion. The house was a great space for us. The porch and balcony’s were extra special since we did have some rainy brisk days. Extra special to get to the beach with our 92 year old matriarch that had A-fib, using a beach wheelchair that Paul was so helpful with information on that. Thank you!

Beautiful spot! Great location, close to all the happenings of Ocean City, but peaceful and quiet at the house…perfect set up. Great neighborhood. The house is beautiful, all the beds very comfortable. The back deck is gorgeous, thoroughly enjoyed that space and taking the kayaks out on the canal! It’s worth bringing your own linens and towels, we packed everything into a large tote and it worked out perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host! We had a great time here and plan to return. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend to everyone looking to stay in this area! The home was spotless, comfortable, and smartly decorated. The rooms and kitchen/dining area are spacious. We enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom, it’s truly peaceful and private. We didn’t get to use the firepit, but will be next time. The neighborhood was quiet—nice for relaxing after a day in the sun. There’s a pool/tennis court in the neighborhood that is super clean and you can walk to from the house. The home is ~15 minute drive from Bethany Beach and ~25 to Rehoboth Beach. Also, a super easy checkout which you don’t always find with vacation rentals! We’d definitely love to stay here again and plan to!!!!

Everything about this place was amazing from the decor to the cleanliness to the views and to the response from a little plumbing issue. Would definitely recommend and return.

We’ve stayed in many places in Bethany and Dominique’s was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in. It was also one of the best stocked houses! Bath products in the bathrooms, beach towels, bikes… I could go on and on. It was so nice to have those things in a rental. She was a wonderful and kind host, always communicative and going above and beyond. House was a very easy distance to beach and all the restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend!

We had four generations in the house for the long Labor Day weekend. It was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable. Nearby beach and town. A pool and small playground across the street thoroughly enjoyed by our three year old. A cook's kitchen. A gracious host. Five stars plus plus!

Had the absolute best time staying at this gem. The house is stunning and Autumn was a fantastic host! The house is spacious and open. It was exactly as described but better. We couldn’t have been happier. Will definitely be back!

We booked this house last minute and it was absolutely stunning! I am not someone who likes to go to the same place twice but I will absolutely be coming here again. The amount of kitchen appliances is amazing! You can make anything you want! It was so comfortable for our family of 10 and it was such a nice neighborhood! The owner was super responsive and helpful! Highly highly recommend!

We appreciated the responsiveness of our hosts and loved the location of the place. Bill gave us plenty of supplies and items that we could use. It was helpful to be able to borrow items such as beach chairs. Hosts were very accommodating with additional requests.

Perfect two bedroom place with two decks (front and back). The back deck is perfect for catching up with friends and family. The beach is close and there is a great restaurant on the corner. There is also a wonderful little playground in the neighborhood near the tennis courts. We had a great MDW! Would absolutely stay there again!

We really loved our stay, so much so that we're already talking about returning next year! The owners were super communicative and helpful, the place was perfect for our family of four, the location across from a great pool and tennis courts could not be beat, parking was easy, and everything was clean and clearly marked. The loft was perfect for my 7yo, and my 3yo has probably never slept better. The washer/dryer were great and came in really handy, and having two bathtubs was really great for bathing two kids at once. The two different porches are a really lovely touch, and all the beds were comfortable and bath towels plentiful. Truly can't say enough good about it!

We were in town to see a concert at the Milton Theater. This place is a great location to walk to the theater. It is very clean with great amenities. The snacks were a bonus! Alene gave us instructions to the beach we could drive on! Super great stay and would stay again!

Perfect little spot for a last minute overnight trip to Rehoboth with my dogs. Bed was comfy. Location was near shops and great food options. Check in and clean up were easy!

Laura was a very responsive and wonderful host! She went above and beyond with providing a variety of things to do and see during our stay. She also made sure the check in and check out process went smoothly. The home was well kept, clean and had a great view! This is a beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed, they had. The bed was very comfortable. The community this is in was very quiet and lovely for our daily walk. We will keep this on our list to return. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place had such a warm, beachy vibe that made us feel right at home. The decor followed a beautiful coastal theme throughout, and the table in particular was stunning. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted and just a short drive to the beach. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the "Guestbook," which added a personal and welcoming feel. The binder with all the instructions was super organized—such a nice detail that made everything easy. The sofa bed was a great bonus, and having a parking pass was a big plus. Overall, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed at so far. Highly recommend!

Pleasant surroundings, nice quiet location with lovely view. The well equipped kitchen went mostly unused due to myriad eateries within walking distance. Parked our vehicle and chose not to, and never needed to use it during our stay. Oh, and if you're into turtles the Turtle Bridge is aptly named. Good experience overall, would happily stay again.

Better view than the pic shows! The private beach was clean and very close to the condo. Rentable chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. There are 2 chairs and umbrellas in the condo to use. Some of the furnishings could use a freshen-up. Mattress was excellent and we are picky! The place was very clean upon arrival and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had! Bethany Beach Boardwalk is less than a mile and a delightful treat with great restaurants and shops along with beach access- something we did not expect and thoroughly enjoyed!

Always a great stay here! Love that everything is ready for us when we get there, lots of good games and night time books for kids, bikes for grownups is awesome, and easy to walk to beach or town!

We had a great time at Seth’s place. The location was perfect, quiet but still plenty to do. Easy beach access and clear directions for everything. Watched dolphins from the balcony and loved hearing the waves.

This is my second time staying at this AirbnB and it did not disappoint. The place is super clean, and has an incredible view and location. Key is that if you love the Boardwalk, love the sunrises (5:30 am in the summer), this is the place to be. Perfect for two people who want to cook some meals and be on the balcony facing the ocean, all the time. The hosts are great. Five stars, no equivocation.

Me and my family had a great time staying here! The condo was clean and comfortable. It’s close to a bunch of stores, restaurants, attractions, and bike trails. Only potential downside is that it was on the third floor- we surely got our steps in. Would stay here again 😊
