Very luxurious and very nice new apartment with spectacular views, I recommend it if you come to spend a few days with family and friends. Quite spacious. It lacks some things like a dustpan, a better mop and of course a washing machine wouldn't hurt, although 4 min away you have a laundromat. A rug in the bathroom too, you'd have to change the pans, there's a big one that all the food gets burned in, there's another small one but the material is peeling off and I don't think it's very healthy to cook in them. My recommendation is to invest in some new pots and pans, we made eggs in a pot😂😂😂. But these are details that can be improved. Everything else was very good. The owner was very responsive. Thank you for receiving us before the scheduled time and letting us leave 1 hour later, although in the end we didn't. Another point, the beds were comfortable, thank you

Beautiful apartment, spacious, well-equipped and very clean in the heart of La Bourboule. Private parking is perfect, so no parking problems. Please note my Mégane 4 Estate fits but it can be difficult for a big SUV. 4th floor with elevator. Very clean building. Only small downside, the living room sofa bed is not very comfortable to sleep on.

We had a great time. Patrice is very attentive . Great apartment with beautiful lake views and it is very functional . Very family-friendly resort! Hiking, skiing , bar, restaurant, bakery, local products... We put our bags down and enjoy!

Place is as described (even bigger than expected). Fully equiped. Walking distance to downtown. There are parking places on the road side in front of the house which is quite convenient. We had a great stay here. Only small bad point, it can get a bit noisy if you open the windows of the living room as there are many cars/truck passing on the road nearby. However, once windows closed we do not hear them.

This house is amazing! Even more beautiful in real life! Impeccably clean, with quality decoration and furniture and breathtaking views. Located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to roads, it is perfect. The pool was spotless and had a perfect temperature! My only regret: having stayed there for professional reasons and not personal reasons to be able to enjoy it even more!! The host is pleasant, flexible and discreetly concerned about the well-being of travelers. In summary: we would like to live there! Thanks for everything!!

We spent a pleasant week with family in the 2 cottages that can accommodate 11 people in good conditions (meals on the veranda, evenings in the living room of the Henri cottage). Thank you for the kitchen equipment (not always suitable for groups in other cottages), for the connected TV, for the responsiveness when we had questions... We enjoyed the gym...

This place is great to stay at! We had a race week-end at Circuit de Charade, the track was less than 10’ away, which was absolute comfort to come back from the hot days at the track and to jump into the pool 👌🏻 Again, many thanks Kristof & Lili for the great place!
