It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros. IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

Free parking. Studio comprising a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, two 90 cm bunk beds, toilet, bathroom with sink and bathtub, kitchenette with 1 large oven and dishwasher, balcony overlooking the main street, ski room on level -1 (number 47). Pets not allowed.

Towels and sheets are provided. Garden

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apt for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and last floor(no elevator). It is composed of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/wc(hoof tub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.

This 40 m² apartment, completely renovated, will offer you all the comforts you need for your vacation or weekend. Nestled in the heart of Sancy, in Besse and Saint-Anastaise, with its many restaurants and shops a few minutes' walk away. On the side of the house, on one level, on the ground floor, is a very well-located, independent and very well-equipped apartment. I can also, if necessary, make my garage available to you.
