Very luxurious and very nice new apartment with spectacular views, I recommend it if you come to spend a few days with family and friends. Quite spacious. It lacks some things like a dustpan, a better mop and of course a washing machine wouldn't hurt, although 4 min away you have a laundromat. A rug in the bathroom too, you'd have to change the pans, there's a big one that all the food gets burned in, there's another small one but the material is peeling off and I don't think it's very healthy to cook in them. My recommendation is to invest in some new pots and pans, we made eggs in a pot😂😂😂. But these are details that can be improved. Everything else was very good. The owner was very responsive. Thank you for receiving us before the scheduled time and letting us leave 1 hour later, although in the end we didn't. Another point, the beds were comfortable, thank you

We were looking for what we were looking for. A peaceful place connected to nature on this spring awakening to hear the birds singing in the early morning is pure happiness. Pleasant accommodation very well isolated and equipped located not far from wonderful sites (Murol, Lake Pavin, Besse and Super Besse,...). It's your turn to have a great experience

Beautiful apartment, spacious, well-equipped and very clean in the heart of La Bourboule. Private parking is perfect, so no parking problems. Please note my Mégane 4 Estate fits but it can be difficult for a big SUV. 4th floor with elevator. Very clean building. Only small downside, the living room sofa bed is not very comfortable to sleep on.

We had a great time. Patrice is very attentive . Great apartment with beautiful lake views and it is very functional . Very family-friendly resort! Hiking, skiing , bar, restaurant, bakery, local products... We put our bags down and enjoy!

The apartment matches the photos and description. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. My departure was handled by Marine, who is also very friendly, and who was flexible in allowing me to leave in the early afternoon. I am very happy with my stay, I will come back, and I highly recommend it.

We spent a pleasant week with family in the 2 cottages that can accommodate 11 people in good conditions (meals on the veranda, evenings in the living room of the Henri cottage). Thank you for the kitchen equipment (not always suitable for groups in other cottages), for the connected TV, for the responsiveness when we had questions... We enjoyed the gym...

This place is great to stay at! We had a race week-end at Circuit de Charade, the track was less than 10’ away, which was absolute comfort to come back from the hot days at the track and to jump into the pool 👌🏻 Again, many thanks Kristof & Lili for the great place!
