Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In a rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy the serenity of the place with a bonus of an unobstructed view facing the fields and the lake. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

Rosemarie 2 is a spacious, luxurious 4 **** 1st floor apartment very recently refurbished by local professionals. They have highlighted its traditional rustic features and blended them with modern touches throughout.This farmhouse style residence is off the main road but close enough to the centre of Morzine for easy, walkable access to the lifts (300M to the Super Morzine lift), restaurants and bars. If you are driving here there is a private driveway at the apartment for 3 cars.

Our 'Duplex' in the old town of Vevey can accommodate up to 5 adults plus 2 small children. On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.

You can enjoy downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing... A beautiful view of the mountains awaits you. We can guide you through the discovery of the valley. We can provide you with linens and towels for 10 euros per person.

This small studio, nestled in the heart of nature, is perfect for a refreshing break. Surrounded by chestnut trees and centuries-old linden trees, it is an ideal base for many hikes. The lake is a 10-minute walk away (allow 20 minutes on the way back, with 200 m of elevation!). The cycling routes are also nearby. A simple, intimate and nature-oriented place – perfect for resting, walking… or just slowing down a bit.
