In the heart of Evian's old town, 2 minutes from shops and the Source Cachat, 5 minutes from the pier and thermal baths. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
