If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

We were a group of 15 people who rented this new and very nice chalet for 2 nights. The communication with Donald and then also with Rudy (he makes the handover, etc.) was very good! The chalet is new and as shown in the pictures, the kitchen is very well equipped and the small lawn area can be used in summer. You have to provide a few extra documents (insurance, then security deposit), but this all went smoothly. Very nice chalet, we will be happy to come back!

Perfectly located accommodation, really a few meters from the access to the slopes, in the heart of the resort with walking access to basic necessities and restaurants. The geographical location allows this proximity while being in a quiet area. The view of the mountains and the lifts makes its little effect in winter. The ground floor access allows you to enter the accommodation without getting dirty while leaving your ski belongings. Accommodation size sufficient for 5 people (4 adults and 1 child). The two bathrooms/toilets are very good for optimizing preparations. Only downsides that can quickly be rectified: - the bedroom mattress or bed is elevated and to be discarded (toilet, unable to sleep in it). - Accommodation with a lot of large cobweb (bathroom from above, above the beds...) as well as quite a bit of dust (vacuum cleaner clogged when we arrived). Listing that deserves to be rented and owner who improves their space. I would recommend the cottage, the geogr situtaion

Beautiful cottage whose photos perfectly reflect the reality. Large, beautiful, well decorated and perfectly equipped. Yasmine is nice and very accommodating.

Martine was a welcoming host. She was discreet but available if needed, which can be convenient. Her house is very spacious and typical mountain atmosphere😍. There is a lot of walking nearby and we were even able to test the restaurant la ferme des trois ours right next to the cottage which was a feast. I would recommend Martine's place without a second thought. We had a pleasant stay. The dogs also loved it! we will be back no problem. ☺️

A very nice house in an extraordinary setting at the foot of the drus and aiguilles de Chamonix with exceptional views. The terrace of the house is also very large and very pleasant and allows you to enjoy this beautiful environment. The house is very good with many facilities which makes it very easy for everyday life. There is only one flaw for me, sometimes very annoying. It's the lock on the front door... complicated to handle... It's really something to change quickly change in my opinion. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

For our first family vacation, we chose Francine and Hubert's chalet: and we did well! After a small tonic climb, and once past the small wooden gate, we discovered a tastefully decorated, very clean and very cozy accommodation. A real chalet like we've always dreamed of. The environment tinged with a few cow bells is peaceful and invites you to rest. The train station is 150 m away and allows you to go to Blonay or Vevey directly, then to Montreux. In our case, we went to Gruyère by train. Even though we didn't meet our hosts, they seemed so nice that we left them some good cheese and chocolates (honestly, we forgot everything in the fridge and still can't get over it :D).

Ghislaine was very accommodating, particularly as the booking was so last minute. The cosy and characterful apartment was very convenient for reaching the restaurants and amenities of Morzine and also getting outwards Avoriaz for higher altitude skiing, with the bus stopping outside the apartment block. I imagine it is also a great place to stay for the summer with the proximity to the beautiful mountains and all they can offer. Thanks for sharing your apartment!

We enjoyed our extended weekend in Como's accommodation: superb view without any neighbors opposite, very quiet and close to a supermarket, as well as the Swiss border, for those who wish to visit this country. Note about the accommodation: the bedroom with the bunk beds does not have a window to the outside (a small window overlooks the hallway). The 160 bed in the master bedroom is very nice.

Sylvie is absolutely wonderful and her home is the best place we've stayed in Morzine. We're booking to return next year! We are two families who came with two toddlers, a 5-year-old and 17-year-old. All of the kids were entertained and happy. There is plenty of space for everyone to convine for some social time or do their own things. Eight of us in total and never felt cramped. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous! The Prodains bus stops right outside so getting to Avoriaz each day was very easy. Morzine center is ten minutes walk. The hill is steep but you can get the free bus instead. We did the hill with a double pram and it was fine. Sylvie us full of recommendations and her home has plenty of toys, dvds, etc to keep everyone entertained. Although our toddlers just wanted to visit the chickens next door and play in the flowers most of the time. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfy!

We stayed for a week, the chalet was perfect for 2 people, very cosy and extremely well equipped. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden space. Peaceful area, good for chilling out. Great base to explore around les Houches and Chamonix area, we did quite a lot of hiking. Pauline was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would come back again without hesitation!

Their place is gorgeous, it was even better than what I expected from the photos. Every room is tastefully decorated in a cozy way, we felt right at home. There was a wonderful basket of toys for our kids to play with. The view from the back terrace and garden is simply amazing. We all loved spending time out in the garden enjoying the view. The place is very comfortable and well equipped, and private. Easy parking, good communication, annd warm welcome on arrival. And the view, the view, the view!! Gladly would stay again.

An absolutely wonderful place—we highly recommend it for any type of getaway! But what truly makes it special is the host, Marcel. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He personally greeted us upon arrival and was always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The view is simply breathtaking—you are right at the foot of the mountain, and you can admire it almost straight from your bed. The apartment has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It’s clear that Marcel puts a lot of care into this place, and that’s exactly why you’ll want to return again and again. A stunning chalet in the most beautiful of surroundings! Very homely with all the amenities you need. We came with 2 kids and the chalet had everything we would need as a family, with plenty of toys to keep everyone entertained. The views from the chalet are breathtaking and it’s so easy to get to Flaine and Les Carroz from there. The walks near by are also perfect, especially for little hikers. Perfect gateway cabin, surrounded by nature, no internet, amazing private sauna. If you want to detach from every day life recharge and reconnect, this is the place.

Lovely chalet, all we needed and location was wonderful

The cottage was very quiet and peaceful. Quite secluded with a beautiful view of the valley below. The inside was cozy. Alain was very accommodating and went out of his way to take care of all needs in spite the wonderful isolation of the cabin. The restaurant below was very good.

We had wonderful days. The cottage is quiet and the view is amazing. The cottage is small and cozy, but equipped with all the comforts. The bathroom and kitchen are new. Everything we needed was there. We would definitely go again.

What an amazing place! We were two families with a total of five kids between 2 and 12 years, and we felt right at home. We could really unwind and deconnect, reconnect with the pure nature around us and imagine ourselves in the time this beautiful cabin was built, well before mobile phones, social media and work emails. The chalet is very authentic and really well equipped, even for the a group of 9 people that we were. Kitchen and bathrooms are not brandnew, but everything was very functional and super clean. Access to the place is easy, we came with two cars, but we could have parked up to four cars easily. The village of Les Mosses has not a great number of restaurants to offer, but there are some beautiful mountain restaurants you can hike to. And we went to Gstaad as well, which is just 30 minutes away. Sanne was a lovely host, always responsive and friendly. Thank you Sanne for letting us stay at this wonderful place!

Excellent stay, very kind hosts, welcoming! The chalet is really nice! Tastefully decorated and quality materials! I really recommend it!
