Lovely place in an idyllic location. The room was spacious and bright, with a balcony. Very reasonably priced offer. Only restriction: somewhat remote; you are car-dependent. This takes you to Bad Endorf or Lake Sims in a few minutes.

We were on vacation as a small family and we were absolutely satisfied with everything. Great accommodation, especially the fly nets on the windows I liked very much, as they are missing in many accommodations. You can hear the highway minimally with the window open. Great location and lots of activities nearby for families. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time in Ingrid and Jochen's beautiful, very quiet apartment. It is equipped with everything you need, has a large terrace and offers views of the countryside and mountains. Marquartstein is the ideal starting point for forays in the Chiemgau and hikes in the Chiemgau Alps, which you can even start on foot directly at the apartment. The chairlift to the Hochplatte is also within walking distance. Ingrid and Jochen are very nice and attentive hosts who also had a treat to welcome us and lots of tips for us. Unrestricted recommendation!

We felt completely comfortable with host Leo – he is very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is ideal for a stay with baby: a washing machine is available, the stroller can be parked comfortably and safely in the bicycle town. The extra wide bed was particularly pleasant, perfect for a family bed. Arriving by train also works smoothly – Lidl and a bakery can be reached on foot in a few minutes, which makes everyday life much easier. The apartment is lovingly equipped with lots of little touches such as welcome bars or emergency spaghetti – a really thoughtful home away from home! We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice time in the accommodation of Sandra and Franziska. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel right at home! The amenities exceed all expectations and surprised us very much. A lot of effort is put into it and emphasis is placed on special features. We've never experienced it like this before. On the cozy balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains you can have a great breakfast or end the day! Had a great time!

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment. It is very well furnished, spacious and very clean. We didn't miss anything, as all kitchen utensils, household items and even hygiene items are available. The apartment has an excellent location for a hiking vacation or a visit to nearby Lake Chiemsee. Upon our arrival, guest cards were already available for us, with which you can get numerous smaller discounts in the area. We also found a few drinks, fruit and sweets. If you have difficulty sleeping without shutters, you should bring a sleep mask, as the apartment only has pleated blinds and curtains. The apartment even has its own parking space. The booking is made on AirBnB via "Bayernbuchen." Nevertheless, contact with the hostess is possible without any problems via email. We enjoyed our vacation in the apartment and will be happy to come back.

Sabine was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. For our short stay for two, the mini apartment with cooking opportunity was perfect for us. It is quietly located with a small beautiful terrace and was equipped with everything you need for the most necessary, for example, a small breakfast or simple dinner. For more, there is a rich breakfast buffet at a fair price in the hotel and the restaurant also has very good cuisine. The bonus of the accommodation is actually the possibility to use the sauna in the hotel, which was really ideal. Recommended at any time and will be happy to come back again.

We have rarely felt so comfortable and so well cared for. This apartment really leaves nothing to be desired. It is a quiet side street on the mountain and you can sit comfortably on the balcony and enjoy the tranquility and the view. However, you need a car to get around, but that is also described, so we would come back immediately!

It was a wonderful stay with stunning views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help. You can just tell that they're dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

Beautiful 1-room apartment with plenty of space on the terrace! We immediately felt comfortable and it was everything you need. The bathroom is very nice and the walk-in closet is super practical! Very comfortable bed and the apartment is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. We'll be very happy to come back!!

Very nice & reliable communication with Christina in advance, easy check-in. Spacious apartment, everything very clean and well maintained. The location is very good and pleasantly quiet, you can get to the lake or the village on foot in 10-20 min. We felt very comfortable!

The apartment is well equipped. The surroundings are beautifully quiet. The hostess is soooooo friendly and helpful. We were able to do many things in the area with our little one. A beautiful river and lake is right around the corner. Great hiking opportunities. We had a wonderful vacation and are really very grateful to Inge for her extremely hospitable manner :)

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We will be happy to come back.❤️🐶🐓🌷⛰️☀️

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

The vacation home of Christine and Jozef is a real gem for peace seekers. House has all the comforts, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The house is in a very rural and quiet area, overlooking the Alps, and with possibilities for cycling, hiking, swimming in the summer. Waking up in the morning with the bells of the cows, who wouldn't want that?

We felt comfortable immediately, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirlpool was our highlight and already heated and usable when we arrived:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village:) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!
