Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for each adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.

For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)
