From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. UND ganztags Sonne!! Die komfortable, liebevoll eingerichtete Junior-Suite bietet bequem Platz für 2 bis max. 4 Pers. und hat einen abgetrenntem Schlafbereich. Vom Südbalkon habt Ihr direkten Blick auf die Chiemgauer Alpen, dem Chiemsee und auf die Fraueninsel. Der See und Badeplatz sind 20 Meter entfernt.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and with its 120 m² of living space comfortably accommodates 6 people. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, secluded terrace and a wild romantic garden by the stream. On the first floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a sauna and shower.

House of Encounters at Lake Chiemsee

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.
