Great house walking distance to downtown.

My weeklong stay at Dan's was wonderful. He was the perfect host - provided clear instructions for everything in the home, responded quickly to messages and made sure I had a comfortable stay. The self check-in/out process was very easy. The house itself is lovely - spacious, cozy and comfortable. There is a gorgeous view from all 3 floors. Note that the upstairs master bedroom doesn't have blinds covering the windows, so if you need to sleep in complete darkness, be sure to bring an eye mask (lots of city lights). I got used to this and it was so nice waking up with the sunrise and falling asleep to the view of the city at night. Various birds also stopped by outside the windows - hawks, ravens & hummingbirds. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, safe and quiet. The home is a 15-30 min walk to various parks where you can feel close to nature (highly recommend Glen Canyon Park). Lots of good food, shops and cafes in nearby Noe Valley and Glen Park (20-25 min walk) - keep in mind you'd have to walk uphill to get back. There is easy, free all day parking out front should you need it. It was really nice having central heating and access to a washer and dryer as well. Overall a wonderful stay!

My wife and I stayed with our toddler and my mom. It was plenty of room plus the king size bed was big enough for two adults and one kid. We loved the place and Mary Ann was very accommodating.

Very lovely property in the perfect location near SFO and easy access to the City. Excellent space to work and great kitchen for cooking or chilling out. Lots of space to spread out and perfect for either a business trip or a personal trip and ideal for a combo trip.

Great place, walkable to trader joes, restaurants and Bart station. Perfectly met our needs and we might come back the next time we're visiting family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful townhouse, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The place was immaculately clean and fully furnished with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy living room to the well-equipped kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a washer/dryer. The location was perfect, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. A beautiful and eclectic San Franciscan home. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house. Home from home, we felt very comfortable and safe. Heidi's home really served its purpose, it gave us the flexibility we were looking for. Highly recommend a stay.

We had a great time. Lisa and Jacob were very friendly and responsive. Their place was really great (spacious, nice, clean --- could not have hoped for anything better). Great spot in Palo Alto within walking distance of everything (California/University Avenue, caltrain stations, stanford, etc).

Beverly was an exceptional host: thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. She went out of her way to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for my family by accommodating my kids’ pet allergies. In a truly kind gesture, she chose not to accept a booking with a pet the week before our arrival, giving us peace of mind that’s hard to come by when traveling with allergy concerns. Wook’s home was very clean and the space looked just as described and depicted in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and we had all we needed during our stay. The location felt very safe and secure while being close to many of the best SF destinations. As described and as explicitly mentioned when booking, Wook and his family with a young child live upstairs. If you are hoping for a quiet space or need quiet in order to go to sleep before 9 pm, this may not be the place for you (the sounds of running and playing were quite audible). Wook was very clear about this when booking and also was immediately responsive when we sent a message about it. There’s only so much they can do with a small family upstairs in these beautiful, old (albeit very updated) Victorian homes.

My stay was fantastic! The home was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need, plus more. I couldn’t have asked for a better host, Giorgia. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone!

My friends and I were going to OutsideLands music festival and wanted to stay in an area close to Golden Gate Park. Aaron’s place was in the perfect location. You can easily take the Muni and venture out, but his home was walking distance towards so many restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Aaron is extremely sweet and accommodating to any needs you may have. I loved the home! It was warm and inviting. I’d more than likely stay here again. If I could rate 100 stars on this thing, I would.

Overall, this is a great place to stay. This is a 3 bed 3 bath unit so it's nice for large group (we had 6). Location-wise, the place is okay. You can use the train/bus to get to tourist attractions (Golden gate bridge or park, fisherman wharf, twin peaks) but it will be a quite journey. Or uber/lyft is fine. Very quiet and peaceful at night. One caveat is that you have to bring the luggages up the stairs to enter the unit. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay for us.

I got this place for family that was coming to town for graduation celebrations. The host was flexible with the check in, which was very helpful for my elderly father. The place was spotless and well done. You could tell it was recently renovated. Although it's at sort of a major intersection, the home is at the entrance to a quiet neighborhood, with no nightlife. So it was still quiet at night. And the yard is completely fenced in (also obviously new), so I would also feel safe with kids there. Frankly, not only would I recommend this place, I'll probably rent it again myself.

Kang's place is exactly as described! We loved our stay at his place and I can honestly say, he is one of the nicest hosts that I've ever had! The place was spotless, comfortable and exactly what we needed for our stay in San Francisco! His communication was excellent and I would gladly recommend staying here!

Gary and Ninder's home was exceptional! The house had everything we needed and it's in a great part of town that is safe and it's also centrally located, so it's just a short walk or drive to almost anything you want to see or do. Gary is also very attentive and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

My stay at Kwame’s was peaceful and just the place I needed for a long term stay. The bedroom is spacious with ample closet space as well. Street parking for my car was essential and the neighborhood is in a safe location.

Overall, I have great things to say about this place. We stayed for a little over two months and throughout our stay Mony was always responsive. The neighborhood was safe and the home was nice. We requested to extend our stay a couple times on short notice and Mony was able to accommodate. It is nice and spacious inside as well. I definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance. Mony will provide nice local recommendations as well 👍

We had a wonderful family visit here in preparation for a larger family reunion when we will fill both the upstairs and downstairs units later this summer. The unit was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was a perfect place to spend time cooking and eating together with our grown sons and other family members. We enjoyed the way the kitchen, dining area, and living room are all one big space. We especially enjoyed lunch on the back deck. Looking forward to our next visit!
