A modern converted warehouse a one minute walk from Weir Quay, once a bustling port of call for ships of all sizes. It's location on the Bere Peninsula gives direct access to the River Tamar via a public slipway and within a short drive the River Tavy with fishing, sailing and other watersports. The Bere Peninsula offers a mild micro climate that makes it an ideal year round destination.
