Cosy, fresh, modern private studio appartement with airco and canal view in the museum area next to the popular area ‘the Pijp’. This studio is located in Oud Zuid, you can go to the city centre by foot, metro, bike or by tram. There are a lot of nice restaurants and coffee bars just around the corner and the famous Albert Cuypmarkt is also really nearby. The house has a living room with open kitchen, access to a terrace with a spendid view of the countryside and a well equipped bathroom with rainshower, a double bedroom with a separable double bed (160 cm) and a smal 1-person bedroom with a single bed. The house is suitable for 3 persons. There is a couch-spare bed in the lounge.

There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

The nature in the area is beautiful. The ideal beach vacation, (kite)surf vacation or enjoy the nature in the area.

Het is ideaal voor stellen ( 5 min lopen van strand, 2 min van duinen en 2 min van centrum. 2 fietsen beschikbaar. Het appartement is gelegen op de begane grond met een eigen opgang, tuin met zonnig zitje incl tuinstoelen, ruimte om eigen fietsen mee te brengen.
