In the village you will have bars, restaurants, markets, pharmacies, ATMs and children's areas; 3 km away there is a blue swimming pool for summer relaxation.

RosaClara Casetta

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

Dimora nel Borgo - A Relaxing Home

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

La Casa del Monte is the place to spend a relaxing break. The location adjacent to the Furlo National Park is strategic for visiting the province of Pesaro-Urbino. Comfortable and cozy, the Casa del Monte is a location of great charm with a history of 800 years, in which the combination of modern comfort and ancient customs is perfectly realized. You can enjoy independent solutions and maximum privacy. Your pets are welcome.
