Shared garden and laundry room. Although surrounded by woods and vineyards, the house is only a 2-minute drive (15-minute walk) from the bus stop and a café/bakery, and a 15-minute drive from the center of Bellinzona. Bellinzona-sud highway exit is a 5-minute drive away, and the train station is a 25-minute walk away. Great for hiking and biking.
