All tourist sites are accessible within 25 minutes: the Louvre, the Opera, Île-de-la-Cité and Notre-Dame! Shops within walking distance: bakery, grocery store, cheese shop, wine shop, florist and restaurants.

It has been recently renovated with modern quality materials. Possibility to come with a child. Or 3rd person by adding a mattress in the bedroom or living room. Towels and bed linen included. Baby equipment upon request. The neighborhood has many bars and restaurants.

It had been arranged by a couple of architects to make it their home; it is both functional, warm and very bright. No TV but a piano ... and lots of scores; for piano of course but also for choir and tenor.
