My apartment is located 200m from Buttes Chaumont and a few steps from Belleville. This location is ideal since it offers access to calm, greenery and Parisian entertainment at the same time. Many nearby metro lines allow you to easily move around Paris and it is also very easy to get around on foot. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and offers a superb view of the entire southwest of Paris.

It's an island of calm in the heart of the lively and artistic Jourdain neighborhood, just near the gorgeous park of the Buttes Chaumont. You'll be able to have a taste of the local life and try out the many good restaurants of the area. And you'll be just at 20 minutes from the Louvre and Montmartre to explore the rest of the city.

Located at the crossroads of many trendy districts: Bastille, Oberkampf, the Canal Saint Martin while being located in a quieter area. The apartment is located on the 6th floor (accessible by elevator) to offer you an unobstructed view of the Parisian rooftops, and even the Eiffel Tower from the bathroom window and make it a very pleasant and bright place to live.

Loft with a magnificent view of Paris

Loft with view located between Belleville and Jourdain, two of the coolest neighborhoods in Paris! The Metro is at the foot of the house (République in 10 minutes, Châtelet in 15 minutes). République can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The apartment is relaxing, bright and cozy. I am very lucky to live there and would be happy to share this place.
