My house is at the back of a plant-lined courtyard. There are 2 bedrooms: - a large room with 1 double-bed queen size + 1 simple bed with a desk - a cosy little room with a double bed. The bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower and toilets. Large living room, open fully equiped kitchen. Welcome for musicians : There is a piano at home! Important detail: My cat lives at home. I ask you to take good care of him (feed him and clean his litter). A parking is possible at certain dates (20 €/night)

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

It has been recently renovated with modern quality materials. Possibility to come with a child. Or 3rd person by adding a mattress in the bedroom or living room. Towels and bed linen included. Baby equipment upon request. The neighborhood has many bars and restaurants.

Famous Place des Vosges and Le Marais are just a short walk away.

The area is in rapid gentrification process with many new trendy "bistronomic restaurants" and new muséums.

on the sixth floor, elevator, overlooking a very quiet courtyard. Refurbished. Very "safe" (especially if you are a woman). I live in the building. Ideal for exploring the city of Paris, but also our very Parisian and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of small shops and transport. This very pleasant bobo-chic neighborhood offers a very Parisian atmosphere, with many cafes, restaurants and cultural activities. This is my own apartment: you will feel at home, for a typical Parisian experience.

The apartment is on the back of a private wooded and very quiet lane. It is under the duplex rooftops on the 3 floor, without an elevator. It had been arranged by a couple of architects to make it their home; it is both functional, warm and very bright. No TV but a piano ... and lots of scores; for piano of course but also for choir and tenor.
