The house is private, calm and to the inland side surrounded by Cognac vineyards. There is a BBQ and outdoor dining area overlooking the estuary. The garden has large open grassy spaces plus tranquil areas beneath mature trees. Restaurants and a supermarket are within easy reach.

You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a shower room and separate toilet, a huge living room with equipped kitchen. Finally, separating you from our home, you will find a game room with an American pool table and… A skate bowl! Bikes and surfboards can also be provided.
