Beach house vacation rentals in Beachy Head

Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

-the cottage is exactly like what is shown in the pictures. - it is first time for me to stay in this kind of cottage, its a bit historic and interesting -the different rooms are on different floors, so expect flights of stairs, it is also communicated, so fine with us. -the location is between two towns (st leonard and hasting old town), it is easy walk to Hasting old town -the place is lovely, I would recommend it

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and promenade. Plenty of variety in the many local restaurants and cafes nearby. Hastings pier and town is a short walk away.

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Amazing place right on the beach - fun driving through the sunbathers to the house which was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay at Greg’s Place in Brighton! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Greg’s place in Brighton. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The flat was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect blend of charm and modern convenience. Greg clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming environment, and it showed in every detail. The location was ideal — just a short walk to the beach, great local cafes, and the vibrant lanes of central Brighton. Whether I was out exploring or just relaxing at the flat, I felt completely at home. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the space was surprisingly quiet given its central location. Greg was a gracious and responsive host, offering helpful recommendations and making sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. I truly appreciated his hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again — highly recommended for anyone visiting Brighton!

Really lovely to stay here facing the sea. It’s close to cafes and art shops, also some nice restaurants. Apartment is clean and nice, got that nice vacation vibe.

Great communication with the owner. Had an excellent stay with my family for a couple of nights. Indoor pool was enjoyed by all. Ideal location with Brighton only 10 minutes away.

Our second visit. Really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. A peaceful location and we feel at home. Especially enjoyed the welcome pack. Thank you Ross and we will be back next year.

Lovely chalet, peaceful and more than happy

We stayed over the bank holiday weekend as a family of 3 and throughly enjoyed staying at Herons Nest! Jill’s communication prior to our booking was brilliant and extremely helpful. The caravan had everything we needed for our stay, including some complimentary snacks & drinks! We enjoyed playing with the selection of games and our son did lots of colouring in. Romney Park offers many activities for children and the evening entertainment was brilliant. We would highly recommend Heron’s Nest and hope to stay in the future. Thanks again to Jill & Geoff! We had a lovely stay at Jack and Claire's. One of the best places I've stayed at for a while! The accommodation was well maintained (newly redecorated) and we couldn't have been happier with the cleanliness. The site was a great holiday park with a good vibe, tidy and also clearly well looked after. The location of the site, as well as the chalet within the site, was perfect. Jack and Claire were very helpful, and we would absolutely love to visit again.

Great accommodation! Clean and spacious. Everything has been thought about. Quick response to communication and very easy check in and check out.

When I booked I did not realise it was Pride weekend. Great vibe in Brighton, but was relieved to be slightly outside the hustle and bustle. The apartment worked well for us. We love to play tennis and utilised the public tennis court across the road. The busses into Brighton is frequent and 24 hours. A freshly baked vegan banana bread with butter and almond milk was waiting for us on Check in and a lovely red wine. Communicating with Susan was so easy - answered within minutes. Will stay here again.

The house is as described, large and airy, with doors onto a fabulous garden on several terraced levels. We particularly enjoyed using the basement cinema and the children loved the outside swimming pool. The dining room was great for family meals and boardgames. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and feel very special, and having the ensuite bathrooms is brilliant. Jason was very helpful and very responsive when we messaged him. We had a great week despite some very dodgy weather!

Lovely house, walkable distance to everywhere in Hythe. Extremely clean. Friendly host. Perfect for our girls’ weekend.

Cleo was great host, responsive and kind. Excellent location, we loved staying right on the beach. It was nice being in a quiet little town, but having several options nearby that bigger beach towns have available. Our only complaint was the road coming in was pretty rough, but Cleo can’t change that.

Really lovely little house right in the centre of Brighton. Very clean and had everything we needed to make our trip lovely. Host was super helpful and provided us with all details before we had to ask. Really great time.

We loved our time in Sam’s cottage. It was close to the beach and Rye with great walking. The house had a lot of character, was generously sized and had a well equipped kitchen. We loved all the vintage touches. I would recommend anyone wanting to be near Rye to stay here.

Tracy & Marks property was very spacious and just what we needed for a weekend get away with our friends and their families. We traveled with 3 children under 2 and luckily Tracy & Mark were very kind and flexible with our check in to work around nap/ feeding times which was a real help. The house itself has everything you need in the kitchen, which looks out onto a lovely garden, the dining room next door was very big and a great place for cooking group dinners, the lounge included a small pool table and a darts board, they also had a great selection of board games. The location is just a 4 minute drive from the beach front in Hastings, which had some great shops, & really lovely places to grab a bite to eat and drink. We had a fantastic stay, thank you both!

Our family had a wonderful break! This was our first trip to camber and with our new dog who absolutely loved it! We have two boys who thoroughly enjoyed playing table tennis every day and walking along the gorgeous beach. Thank you for being so helpful with all the guides on places to see and places to eat. I cannot recommend this place enough! Fabulous location close to the train station, and minutes walk from the shops and sea front. The house itself was beautifully decorated and very homely, just what you need really. Everything was exactly as described and everything worked as it should. Alan was responsive and informative throughout the process, a marvellous host.

Andrea’s place in Brighton was absolutely outstanding—by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Every corner of the apartment was spotless, fresh, and clearly well cared for. It made the whole experience feel extra comfortable and relaxing. Beyond the incredible cleanliness, the space was beautifully set up, fully equipped, and in a great location—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but still nice and quiet. Andrea was also a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Brighton!
