The main town of Eastbourne is a 20 minute walk away and for the energetic you can be on the Downs in matter of moments. Fully refurbished for 2024. The annexe offers a double bed, lounge area with smart TV. Dining table for 2 which doubles as a work space with USB charging points. Fully fitted kitchen and shower room.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Couples only flat in great Eastbourne location

This large first floor apartment is in a great location. Just yards from Devonshire park tennis and theatre, and even closer to the seafront, the iconic South Downs are just at the end of the road, perfect for the end of the South Downs Way. If you are lucky and stay in the winter you might be to see the murmerating Starlings down at the pier at dusk. Whatever your reason for visiting Eastbourne, it's worth the trip, 90mins on the train and well connected once you arrive.
