The hosts of this condo are so helpful and responsive. The destination is absolutely stunning with mountain views to take your breath away. Close to Durango and other fun places. You must stay here!

Lisa's place is great because it's very close to Purgatory and she is very responsive before your trip and during your trip if you need anything. Her place is perfect for two people!

We loved our stay at this property. The unit was updated, clean, and had everything we needed. It was at the very end of the hallway so it felt pretty secluded from other guests. The only feedback would be for guests to be prepared for how much light comes in through the secondary bedroom windows in the mornings - it made for some early days. We would definitely book here again!

Heather's place was great and very comfortable for myself and my siblings during our stay, that was associated with a tough time where we wanted to be together (an unexpected death in the family). It is set up well for two couples, worked for us with three, spliting some time and assuming you're ok sharing a shower. My family also really appreciated the no-questions-asked flexibility, when we needed to extend our stay a couple days. Thanks. Cheers.

Had a great stay and had an amazing time skiing!! The hot tub was awesome after a day of skiing. The beds were comfortable! The shower had nice hot water. We cooked dinner and breakfast every night/morning and there was plenty of pots and pans, ect. The condo was 2 minutes from purgatory resort. Everything was awesome and we would love to stay here again!! Thank you for everything!!

This was a great place to stay! The location was beautiful and outside of the city. The lodge itself had a lovely pool and gym that we were able to access. It was only 20-25 minutes from downtown. The host was proactive in sending clear directions and instructions for check-in. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Durango!

We go to Durango twice a year for college move in and move out at FLC and these condos are very convinient since they are so close to campus. It is also easy to step out the door for a bike ride or run and wlakable to downtown, especially if you cut acreoss campus. The rental is well stocked and had everything we needed and everything was easy to find to make up the sleeper after a long drive to Durango.

This was a perfect spot for our family trip. Close to Mesa Verde, Silverton and the Million Dollar drive. The view from our condo was amazing I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay in Durango. The place was super clean, spacious, comfortable, and a nice walk to downtown. It was close to public transit and made for an easy launch point for both local spots and beautiful scenic drives. Communication was clear and friendly throughout. We’d absolutely stay again!

Great proximity to the Black Diamond Lodge. Durango was just a 40 minutes drive and lots to do, see and great restaurants and music scene.

Amazing location and super helpful host

We spent 4 weeks, 2/14 thru 3/14 and were very comfortable. Just 2 of us most of the time, but the unit accommodated 5 very nicely when our kids visited for a weekend. For you skiers, 20 minutes from out the door to sitting on the lift at Purgatory (includes boot time), can't be beat! Unit is clean, well stocked, and very cozy. Easy access to The Nugget, James Ranch (great burger restaurant), and all Durango has to offer. We communicated with Rebecca and she was very helpful and responsive regarding any needs. Great place...didn't want to leave!

The communication and accommodations from the co-host Monica were outstanding.! The condo was very clean and well furnished. The location is great, very close to Main street! The neighbors were very friendly and have a super friendly dog named Duke. If you’re looking for a good place to stay near downtown Durango this is a great choice.

This unit was positively perfect! The bunk room was a huge hit with my young granddaughter, the well-appointed kitchen made it a pleasure to prepare meals, and the thoughtful touches (cozy blankets for lounging on the sofa, high quality cookware, a cabinet full of board games) made our vacation absolutely great! Purgatory has lots of activities and the swimming pool was a very popular activity for us all week! The unit was immaculate and luxurious, which made me feel right at home. We will book again next summer, I promised my granddaughter!

The parking space provided does not accommodate a large vehicle (truck). There is free parking on 3rd avenue which is just one block away, but it does make it difficult to load and unload your vehicle if needed. However, once parked we didn’t need to use our vehicle again to get to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed walking into the downtown area for meals and entertainment.

We had a lovely stay at Steven’s property. The apartment was very well maintained, decorated and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The area is absolutely beautiful! We went on great hikes and had a fantastic time in Durango! We also used the pool and gym at Purgatory Ski Resort.

Wonderful slope-side location. So convenient and great amenities, including access to hot tub! I would highly recommend for a family ski trip.

This was the halfway point to meet friends from AZ. Great location, beautiful views and much more peaceful than staying in Durango. The condo was a home away from home; clean, comfortable and everything we needed for our stay was provided. Amanda made sure we knew of local events taking place during our stay and offered suggestions on things to do and restaurants in the area. Thank you Amanda!!

Loved being right at the ski valley for the weekend. The condo is small but we spent most of the time outside of it so it wasn't a problem. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The robes were a nice touch and we appreciated them when we went up to the rooftop hot tub! Only complaint is that the drip coffee pot should be replaced or cleaned. It took about 20 minutes to make the small pot of coffee (5 cups). Otherwise the place was great and had everything we needed for the weekend!

The space was beautiful and comfortable. Lots of windows with great views. The amenities are great for families. Will stay here again on our next Durango trip.

We had a great stay at the Bear Cave! We enjoyed being out of town and in the mountains. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed the private setting. Everything was as expected. Easy to get in to and we felt very comfortable and at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for skiing. Stocked kitchen. Enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation would be to have key pad for entry instead of 1 key. That way as people want to return to condo you don’t all have to be together.

Our first time at Purgatory with our family of 5 and the location was great! Hosts were responsive if we had a question, a short walk to the ski lift and loved that it was on the first floor. Also loved the bench outside the door to put on and take off your ski boots. Highly recommend!
