This newly remodeled one-bedroom apartment is located on 5 acres of riverfront property. Private river access to the Animas River is 50 yards away. Also, enjoy the spaciousness of being in the country but less than 5 minutes from the grocery store and the best pizza in town. Two cruiser bikes with helmets and a lock are available for free. Access to the beautiful Animas City River Trail is available thru a private gate behind the apartment. It's a fun 10-15-minute ride to downtown.

You’ll love my place because of the Tranquil setting with gorgeous mountain views, yet quick easy access to 160 Hwy. It's a cozy creative home to relax in, and a clean, newly remodeled duplex unit with fully stocked kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pet friendly.

A well-appointed bedroom features a spacious bed dressed in striped linens, complemented by decorative pillows. Soft blue curtains frame the window, allowing natural light to brighten the room. A large ornate mirror hangs above the bed, and a dark dresser provides additional storage.
