Das Apartment im Haus München mit einem Balkon liegt direkt in der Therme Bad Griesbach im Rottal, Die Unterkunft ist ca. 300 m von der Therme entfernt. Unsere Gäste können ihr Fahrzeug nur 250 m entfernt in einer Tiefgarage auf einen reservierten Parkplatz abstellen ( im Preis inbegriffen ). Im Apartment können sie das WLAN kostenlos nutzen. Das Apartment wurde Renoviert besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit TV, neu ausgestatteter Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Bad mit ebenerdige Dusche.

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

We offer a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with balcony to the garden, a living room with two single beds, both rooms are equipped with TV, a bathroom and a large loggia. Cozy seating and a hammock invite you to relax. Parking right outside the front door. Innradweg and recreational area Unterer Inn nearby. Overnight price refers to two people.

From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.
