The cottage is situated as a smaller, quiet and detached house near the beautiful and historically preserved village of Lčovice in the foothills of the Šumava Mountains. The local conditions are ideal for cycling, walking, mushroom picking, skiing and lounging. The cottage is practically furnished for the winter season, has its own fenced garden with parking and plenty of space for relaxation. The covered terrace is equipped with armchairs and a table, garden loungers, a parasol, a grill and is located on a sunny southern slope overlooking the Šumava surroundings.

Borová Lada is a great starting point for wandering around Šumava. Tourist attractions are within walking distance. If you want to go further, local bike trails or cross-country trails will take you to the most beautiful places in Šumava. The log cabin is located in the village of Borová Lada in the Šumava National Park near Chalupská slat, Knížecí plání, the source of the Vltava River and other tourist attractions.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.
