Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

A freestanding bathtub is positioned near large panoramic windows that frame views of the mountains and city. Greenery from potted plants enhances the space. A dining table with glassware is visible, suggesting a tranquil setting complemented by natural light.

Апартаменты расположены в центре города, рядом с центральным парком с озером. Вокруг дома большое количество ресторанов, аптек и продуктовых магазинов. Есть свое терасса, а так же дворик. К сожалению на против нас, через дорогу, идёт строительство дома, соответственно в дневное время возможен шум.
