My stay in this apartment was absolutely amazing! It looks exactly like the photos, and the balcony is simply breathtaking—very high with a stunning view. The bedroom is perfectly designed for restful sleep, as the curtains allow you to create complete darkness. A special thank you to the host—such a kind and well-mannered young lady. Everything was perfect, and I give it the highest rating! Thank you for the wonderful stay! 😊

I had a lovely stay at Marta’s place. She was very friendly and always quick to reply, which made everything really easy. The flat itself was cosy, clean, and felt very welcoming. The location is great too, just a short walk to the beach and lots of nice spots to explore. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The appartment location is very convinient to rich almost any desirable destanation in Batumi by foot. It's very close to the seeshore and even from the balcony you can observe the sea, unfortunately partly hidden by tall modern hotels. Speaking about balcony, in the evening here you can enjoy amazing sun sets, if due to any reasons you cannot do this on the beach. There are a lot of small greengrocers or wine shops nearby. Also a lot of restaurants are around. The big supermarket is just 15 min by foot. Sophia is a nice person and very helpful host. She reacts to the messages really quickly. Everything in the apartment was as described. I would definitely recommend this place! I hope I'll be able to come to Batumi again next year and stay in the Sophia's apartment.

Great place near the Batumi beach. Beautiful views of sunset every night. Matched pictures and description 100%. The apartment was quiet and peaceful, even though Batumi is pretty busy city especially during evenings and night time.

The apartment is stunning and even more beautiful than in the photos. The view is breathtaking ، where the clouds blend with the green mountain peaks and the blue sea embraces the sky. The host is kind and helpful, and the area is upscale, quiet, and close to everything: restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.

I really liked my stay here. The apartment is very spacious and is situated in a very nice part of Batumi. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment has an amazing piano and bookshelf, which is a nice bonus ;) The hosts are very welcoming too. Would definitely recommend, we had no complaints during our stay

The apartment is located in a beautiful old building full of character, but the interior has been completely renovated and feels modern and fresh. It was clean and spacious, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great – easy access to the city center and old town. The only minor downside was that the beds were quite firm, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Otherwise, I can fully recommend this place!

Everything was great. One of the best accommodation in my experience. The apartment is huge and well designed. A bit noisy during the day but at night it’s pretty calm. The biggest bonus is parking. The location is close to the beach, old city and new city. Highly recommended for big families.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Nana’s place is very cozy, centrally located and thoughtfully equipped. There’s a washing machine and useful kitchen equipment (not the all scratchy pans you might know from other kitchens). We would stay there again!

Best possible location in the city in my opinion, great sea view from the balcony. Apartment itself is clean and cozy. I liked the furniture style. There are few scratches on the wallpaper and corners from all of the use, but nothing critical and pretty much expected if place is rented for a while. Host is very friendly, responsive and polite. Overall very satisfied with the place, would love to come back again!

The apartment is very cozy and clean, exactly as pictured. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, with shops, a restaurant, and cafes nearby. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, always available, and gave us many useful recommendations for the city. He even met us with our suitcases upon arrival and took us to the train when we left. Thank you so much! We were very satisfied and would gladly come again!

Very modern and stylish studio, with a nice view from the 26th floor and a Jacuzzi on the balcony. Very well equipped and comfortable.

great appartment with separate bedroom in 14th building. floor is not that high, but still there is a sea view. price for value is good. all amentities are there. washine machine is handy.
