This lovely 2 bedroom apartment is located 5 minutes by foot from the coast of Batumi. It is a completely new apartment that was renovated for the first time this summer and hasn't had the opportunity to open its warm door to guests! There are two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and one two beds with separate mattresses which can be used either as two separate beds or one bed. The couch can also expand to a bed. The kitchen is supplied with all the necessary equipment, so is the bathroom.

New, spacious, cozy, best locatoin in Batumi, 100 meters from the beach, bedrooms with mountain views, living room with sea view. Also laser musical fountains can be seen from the living room every evening. Near the apartment is located McDonald's, 300 meters to the dolphinarium, 300 meters to the central park of Batumi, 50 Meters to the supermarket (24 hour). Many restaurants with different cuisines around.
