The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Nice cozy place 5min from sea, in historic Batumi

You're going to like this new flat! The feeling of comfort and freshness is provided by marine style interior and plenty of daylight. An 8th floor means beautiful view of the city, boulevard and sea. You'll have all the tourist places, shops and restaurants very close. It's quiet and nice here - perfect place to relax in!
