Vip Apartment

The apartment is located in a residential building on the 15th floor (16 storied house), everything new, in perfect condition. You have a separate bedroom, as well as a studio with a kitchen, from the bedroom an exit to the balcony overlooking the city and the mountains, in the studio there is a folding comfortable sofa for two. Also there is everything you need for either a long or a short stay. The house has a supermarket and a cafe, also in a 2 minutes walk to the National Museum and 10-15 minute walk to the sea.

The 26th floor is the highest with a direct, panoramic sea view. The panoramic windows are 5 meters high. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. The largest mall is located near the house, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  A two-storey apartment of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors - all over the area and air conditioners in each room separately. The apartment renovation was completed in June 2024.

The apartment is located in the central and old area of Batumi, 300 meters from the sea. The apartment is renovated and fully equipped. The apartment has a large veranda with a view of the city. I can meet the guest at the airport in Batumi and help with anything you need. I also have a car (jeep), in which the magu organize excursions to the mountainous Adjara. As well as a maga to meet you at Kutaisi airports.
