A lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size. Haven is a spacious, delightful four bedroom family house in the beautiful town of Salcombe in South Devon. Maintained to a very high standard and situated within a short level walk of the town, lovely beaches, car and boat parks. The property is well-equipped and is set-up for one or two families with a paved terrace to the rear. Salcombe has a great selection of pubs and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk from the house and the excellent Salcombe Gin Distillery and bar is even closer!

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

On the gateway to Cornwall and Devon this spacious and dog-friendly detached house is perfect for getting away with family and friends. Bar-K has recently undergone a major renovation introducing a large hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, cinema room with surround sound and PS5 and games room which includes a full-size pool table and table football. There is private parking for 6 car cars with an EV charging point and the outside space includes a huge decked area and a large secure garden.

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

A lovely waterside property, in a stunning location on the green at Lower Batson, with views along Batson Creek. Poachers Pocket offers comfortable accommodation for 8, including its own dedicated parking space and external locked storage a few steps from the water; perfect for paddle boards, inflatable dinghies, bikes etc. The house is a 15 minute flat walk along the water’s edge to the centre of Salcombe with its shops, pubs and restaurants.
