Sir Chris.was responsive to my initial queries and Ate Maurine was very and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and what we love was the complete kitchen amenities. The place is clean and well-maintained too. You can totally relax and enjoy the view.

Wayne's home is fabulous. Tucked behind the Arkipelago Diving Centre, it's surrounded by greenery and beautiful Bali-style A-frame houses. No traffic, just greenery and bird song a step back from the beach. Easy walk from Sabang - a bustling neighbourhood in itself with good food. All the staff at Arkipelago were very friendly and helpful - we ate our breakfast there, as well as a few other meals, sitting on the open deck looking out at the sea and hearing the waves. It's a bustling place with passionate divers, and we learned from Amy about the marine conservation underway in the area, which they support. Amy is amazing - so helpful with transportation and local info, and incredibly kind and accommodating. She helps run the Airbnb, and we appreciated the efforts she, Wayne and Arkipelago have made in support of the environment - refillable water containers, large refillable shampoo containers, etc. Wayne was also very helpful from afar - we loved our stay. We had an 18-day stay at the house, and it was exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. The location is very accessible, with dining options nearby. The owner was courteous and easy to communicate with. Overall, the place deserves a 5-star rating.

Malinis, maaliwalas, at may simple pero eleganteng aesthetic ang buong space. Bonus points pa dahil nakasolar sila (eco-friendly!) at malakas ang internet, kaya work-from-anywhere ready kahit nasa probinsya. Kompleto na rin ang amenities – truly a great place to unwind or even stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm yet connected stay in Lipa. 💯👏

We (Me, my Son, and my Wife) stayed for 2 weeks May 6th-May 22nd 2025. The place was perfectly located next to Ayala Mall, where there is a supermarket (Walter Mart) department stores, drug stores, a large variety of other stores, Starbucks, S & R Pizza, and a large variety of dining options. It is located so that local transportation like Bokyo, tricycle, Jeepney and buses are just steps away from access. The Condo was immaculately clean and described accurately. Plenty of towels and water to drink was a plus. We did not have occasion to ask for anything on our extended stay and appreciate the functionality of the unit. This will definitely our go to Airbnb when we visit Tagaytay again. Thank you for everything! Kelly,

What you see is what you get. First time to book in Airbnb but I didn’t mind the price of this place. Instant book agad because of the view, spacious, and luxurious talaga. Lalo when I found out na rare find siya since booked most of the time. Also, sobrang responsive and helpful ni Ma’am Myrna and her caretakers. Hindi mo mararamdamang first timer mo mag book. Sobrang dami ring available na kainan sa paligid and supermarkets for necessities.

‎This is our first out of town vacation together with my whole family this year, and we're all so happy that we spent it at this unit. The view of Taal is just majestic and calming. The unit is also very clean and everything we need is there. It is exactly how it looks like in the photos posted here. Very cozy. We had a very relaxing stay. Even just on the first night my parents already want to go back and book the room again soon 😁 Will definitely do that. Really good deal for the price! It’s cheaper than other BnBs I’ve stayed at but still totally worth it. The host was super helpful and quick to answer my questions. Location’s great too, easy to get around even if you’re commuting. There are also a lot of convenience stores and food outlets nearby, which made things even better. Would definitely book again if I’m ever in the area!

We had an amazing stay at the 301 Penthouse. From the smooth booking process to the warm welcome during check-in, everything was seamless. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind, which made us feel right at home. The room itself was comfortable and well-kept, and being on the rooftop added a special touch — we enjoyed relaxing outside while taking in the view of the resort. I stayed with my husband and our 7-year-old daughter, and we all truly loved the experience. What’s great is that even though you’re just a few hours away from the city, it feels peaceful and quiet — the perfect escape. At the same time, you still have the convenience of city living with nearby malls and food delivery like Grab. Would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located in an exclusive Beach-and Country-Club. Therefore only residents or their guests are on the premises. The grounds are kept quite well. It is only a couple minutes of walking to the beach or the pool area / country club. There is a shuttle bus going round as well, but we didn't actually use it since the distances were quite short for walking. Next to the beach there is a pool area, as well as a tennis court, badminton courts, billiard and bowling an other activities. The apartment was very nicely furnished and had all necessary equipment. Tes was a gret host, who provided us with lots of information about the place and suggestions for things to do.

We loved the place and the amenities that came with it such as board games, dental kits, extra blankets. The unit is easy to find and very near the pool, it was an easy walk for me and my toddler. Jose as a host is very responsive and he quickly addressed our needs. Overall a great experience and we’ll book this again in the future.

The room was excellent. Very clean, nice smell, has wifi, complete beddings and even toiletries are provided. I loved the view so much! We had a good night sleep as the room is very homey. I’d recommend staying here to my friends and I definitely consider going back. Hot shower works too and the air conditioning is really cold. I loved it! Side note: we had troubles checking in. The SMDC management is disorganized. We needed to go to the lobby first before we can park our car. They don’t allow our car to wait outside so where do we put our car while checking in?? Very hassle. This isn’t Rene’s fault though. They gave us clear instructions how to check in. Also, if you are to buy vouchers to use the pool, prepare gcash or BDO for payment. They don’t accept other payment channels and don’t accept cash either.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive to all our queries, which made the check-in and communication smooth. The place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos—no surprises there. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. There was a minor issue with a leaking wall after a heavy rain, but the caretaker responded quickly and had it addressed right away, which we appreciated. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout our stay, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the free bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

I was a bit disappointed with the slow check-in process at Pico de Loro’s lobby. It took about an hour just to register. The delay seemed to be due to the large number of guests, and it appeared that those whose hosts were present were being prioritized, regardless of the existing line. That said, Marlon’s place was great overall. The unit was modern, clean, cozy, and had a very homey feel. The lighting was perfect for a good night’s sleep. The only downside was that the shower had very low water pressure. Still, the place was very affordable for the kind of accommodation provided. Highly recommended!

It was our first time doing this staycation thing and the experience was great, the best part was the complimentary breakfast that only Sir Giboy had. We love the multigrain bread and the pineapple jam to the point that we also ordered for our takeout and pasalubong for our family. The taal view was very mesmerizing especially when you go to the roof deck of the building, it’s breathtaking. Hoping we can stay again in one of Sir Giboy’s listings together with our kids.
