Beachfront vacation rentals in Batangas

I was always hesitant to book a place in Pico because of too much “secret charges” but Cesar’s listing peovided all the things you need to know and he is very helpful with all our questions! The room is big enough for us there are a lot of bed/cushion. Probably 6 can comfortably sleep. The care taker was just late despite us being late and giving her a heads up that we are already at the guard house but too early to knock when checking out. Aside from that all are well!

The place looks just like the photos. Just manage your expectations as it could use a bit of minor renovations, but it's super clean and really spacious. It comfortably fit our family of 7. It's a few steps from the beach so we really enjoyed it. The host and caretaker were both really nice and responsive. We had a great stay. Thank you so much!

Ms Joanne is very responsive and clear with the instructions, her place is near the pool and beach. Quiet and clean place. You can cook, refrigerator is good! Microwave - ok! We will book this again, already recommended this place to our relatives. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay! Don and Darby were super responsive and even shared helpful details ahead of time to make sure our check-in went smoothly. The unit was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The only slight letdown was the balcony view; we were expecting a full mountain view, but it was partially blocked due to ongoing construction in front of Jacana. Still, everything else made up for it, and this trip was definitely one for the books. Would love to book this place again in the future! P.S. Pico gets really packed during Holy Week—would recommend visiting during off-peak if you’re after a more peaceful experience.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

I have to say that this place far exceeded our expectations. If you have any interest whatsoever in what's inside the ocean, this is the place you absolutely must visit. Get a pair of the provided snorkeling and life vest and kayak gear, and you are minutes away from sticking your head in the best aquarium you've ever seen in your life, except it's as big as the ocean. Every member of staff is all too willing to help you have a more comfortable stay, help you explore the ocean, and help you have the best possible time. Photographs are a perfect representation of your stay, and if you are at all interested in what you see you will not be disappointed. My family and I had an outstanding time.

Although we arrived so early and couldn't check in yet, the hosts allowed us to leave our luggages first. The place is really clean and spacious. The hosts were very accommodating! They gave us directions to a good lomi house and even helped us hail a tricycle commute to our next destination. We had a great stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Dennis’ Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was easy and well-explained, and the place looked even better than the photos. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed—extra towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. Location-wise, it was perfect. Close to everything I wanted to see and do. Very near the beach and clubhouse. Communication was top-notch—quick responses, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay. Just like all the reviews I have read before booking, the place was peaceful. This is exactly what we came for! The water is so still & clear, the place is not crowded even sa weekends ( & kaht maliit lang ang beach frontage), peaceful maybe because ang mga katabi ng place ay private beach houses, walang maiingay na karaoke, well mantained ang place, maraming puno, malinis na cr, pet friendly at hindi makati ang tubig ng dagat pag naliligo (may mga cute jellyfish pero harmless sila!). Although there are some hours that some guests from other resorts na mejo maiingay (dahil mukang enjoy na enjoy sila! hihi) passes by and naliligo din sa location. Note: May right of way passage going to the beach ang mga neighboorhood sa gilid ng resort. At past midnight, nakakabulabog at mejo maingay ang mga dogs pero i think they are like "bantay" sa resort. Overall, the place is very nice! Lalo na sa Sunset! worth coming back! i just hope mgkaroon ng airconditioned rooms for rent in the future!

The accommodation is well fit for 16pax. The host is very responsive and friendly. Also the staff. The unit is very clean, except that the water is yellowish. The cooking utensils are free to use. Overall, our stay was good. Worth the money.

This is my 4th time staying in VillaRica Beach Resort and it will not be my last. My family love the place due to safety and accomodating staff. Till next time.

A very pleasant place to stay for families especially if you are looking an ocean vacation. Disclaimer: it's not beach front which what you will find mostly in Anilao. We had fun exploring other islands via rental boat which is reasonably priced as well. We will definitely revisit this place next vacation.

Absolutely perfect stay! This beach house was everything we hoped for and more. Super private, peaceful, and just steps from the beach—it felt like our own little paradise. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and our dog was in heaven running around the yard and playing in the sand. It’s hard to find truly pet-friendly places that still feel like a retreat, but this one nailed it. What really stood out was the community vibe—neighbors were incredibly warm and welcoming without being intrusive. Everyone made us feel at home right away. Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking to unwind in a serene, pet-friendly spot with great people around. Already dreaming of our next visit!

Everything was perfect until we went to the beach. We got stung by jellyfish within less than 5 mins when we got there. The sand was dark so its hard to even notice. Just be aware of the season maybe? You can ask the guards cause they know, they just didn't inform us before it happened. Good thing the house has its own pool! Very convenient since the clubhouse pool is packed. House is really nice. Every area has its own ac unit which made our stay very comfortable. The house also has its own ice machine! Hope drinking water will also be provided but overall really nice stay. Thank you to the hosts and to ate Marilyn who even borrowed an air pump for us to use for the floaters we brought.

Nice and peaceful place, may tv and karaoke (youtube) may card games and pool. Near din sa beach. super accommodating pa ng host and helper. May restaurant din nearby if ayaw nyo magluto. 5/5 super happy with the stay

Regina was very communicative all throughout the process. The house is very well kept and the views are awesome. The only negative that are the amount stairs and steps of the whole property. Not exactly physically disabled friendly. The views are very picturesque. It was great that the house is pet friendly. Regina’s caretaker, Inday, is such a great resource and a gem. Hopefully we can go back soon.

We had so much fun staying at Ms. Joys place. It was incredible so private, homey and clean. The rooms are clean, but not pwd friendly since you need to use the wide stairs going up and down the bedrooms. But since the place is outstanding it was not a big deal for us ☺️ The beachfront was swimmable the kids and also seniors and pwd was able to enjoy swimming at the beach. The pool was clean, but you need to be careful for the last steps since it is unnoticable. Five star also for kuya ricky he is so accomodating and always ready to assists. We will definitely going back! I am giving this place a 10stars! 🫶🫶🫶 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
