Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana a Baska. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Diana che ci ha gentilmente permesso di fare il check in anticipato rispetto all’orario indicato. La casa era pulitissima e in ordine come da foto e descrizioni. Inoltre la cucina è veramente ben fornita con tante stoviglie e accessori per cucinare. Ringraziamo Diana per la sua ospitalità e per averci fornito informazioni e consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno a Baška.

L’appartamento si trova in un contesto caratteristico all’interno del centro storico. Si arriva in un attimo sul lungomare. La veranda offre un suggestivo panorama sul mare da ammirare la sera o al mattino facendo colazione… Pulizia ottimale e facilità di comunicazione con l’host. Esperienza positiva.

Soggiorno perfetto! Appartamento pulitissimo e ben fornito. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e le spiagge. Diana è una signora molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!!

Schöne neue moderne Apartments. Grosse helle Fensterfronten und super Blick aufs Meer von unserem Appartement haben zu einem sehr tollen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön und topmodern ausgestattet und waren blitzsauber bei unserer Ankunft. Die Wohnung sowie die Anlage sind absolut neuwertig und sehr grosszügig gestaltet. Parkplätze für jede Wohnung sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Ebenfalls gehört eine E-Ladestation, sowie eine schöne Garten- Pool Aussenanlage dazu. Den Pool haben wir leider noch nicht benutzt, auf Grund der Jahreszeit stellen uns das aber im Sommer sehr schön vor mit den Liegeflächen rund um den Pool. Die Wohnung liegt abseits der Hauptstrasse und der Strand und die Altstadt liegen in Gehdistanz ( ca. 10 min ). Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Trotz dass sie nicht vor Ort sind, wird bei Problemen durch die örtlichen Mitarbeiter schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen u. wir können es nur empfehln

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft auf zwei Ebenen. Alles genauso, wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Parkplatz und der Strand sind weniger als eine Minute Gehweg von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor unserer Ankunft haben wir eine genaue Wegbeschreibung mit Bildern von Boris bekommen. Boris war zwar nicht Vorort, war aber immer erreichbar und hat innerhalb von wenigen Minuten geantwortet. Die Ferienwohnung empfehle ich sehr gerne weiter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😊👍

Appartamento in centro storico, a due passi dal centro e dalle spiagge più belle di Baska. Boris è un host molto disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere velocemente per ogni necessità.
