A spacious terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols as well as a private seasonal outdoor swimming pool is at your disposal, which makes this place ideal for a nice and relaxing family or friends' vacation. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. There are eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables at your disposal.
