Our modern & spacious house (150 square meters of living space) in the eastern part of Hamburg (20 minutes to the HH main station) is the ideal starting point for city sightseeing in Hamburg as well as spontaneous beach trips to the Baltic Sea, which you can easily reach in 40 minutes by car.

From the property down, 200m right, the Feldmark invites you to take a walk. 300m left is a small shopping area with discounters, post office, small shops and doctors. By car to the Port of Hamburg and the city center about 20/25 minutes, to the bus it is 2 minutes and also everything is super to reach who does not want to look for a parking space, to the Baltic Sea it is 30 minutes without traffic jam😊. Feel at home in our quiet and stylish place. You will stay in Barsbüttel, in the affluent suburb of Hamburg, near the Feldmark and yet close to the city center. The bus connection to Hamburg is a 5-minute walk away. The connection to the A1 towards Lübeck/Hannover can be reached quickly. In the village there are shops, doctors and a swimming pool. Hamburg with its harbor, Alster, Reeperbahn and Elbphilharmonie are easily accessible. We are always looking forward to welcoming our guests.

We recently moved to Wohltorf with our family and are now renting out our beautiful, quiet and renovated granny apartment. Wohltorf is located in the beautiful Sachsenwald. It is only a few minutes' walk to the forest. Nearby is the Tonteichbad. The S-Bahn is a 3-minute walk away and you can reach Hamburg Central Station in 28 minutes. Reinbek and Bergedorf can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Here you are in the middle of nature.

Our studio apartment is a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance. We also live in the detached house and have a toddler. It can therefore sometimes lead to shouting. The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.

The light-flooded apartment is part of a townhouse. It is located on the 2nd floor with large terrace overlooking our garden. On the other 2 floors (ground floor + 1st floor) we live, a family with 2 children and a small dog. The apartment is still separate except for the passage and the stairs up.
