La casa è composta da piano terra e due piani superiori. Al piano terra cucina/soggiorno, tv e divano . Al primo piano camera matrimoniale e bagno, al secondo piano camera con letto a castello (più letto estraibile), balconcino con vista lago e bagno di servizio.
