The Tätendorfer Kate is centrally located with good cycling and transport connections in the Lüneburg Heath (directly on the B4). The renovated old building convinces with a short connection to the spa town of Bad Bevensen and the beautiful old town of Lüneburg with many cultural highlights. Hospitality and shopping are possible in the immediate vicinity. Until March 2026, construction noise is to be expected during working hours, as a house is being built on the rear property.

The apartment offered is on the upper floor of a detached house in Schwienau, near Uelzen, Hundertwasser train station, Heide Park Soltau, Lüneburg and Hamburg are easily accessible. An open staircase leads to a kitchen with seating, a living room with sofa bed, Wi-Fi and TV, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. This total of 44 m² was newly renovated in 2021. Bathrooms with shower tub are available for up to 3 guests. A washing machine and dryer can be used.

Small terrace area at your doorstep, garden to the rear, garden furniture available. Dogs are welcome by arrangement!

This unique place has a charm all its own, is located in the countryside and is lovingly furnished. The living and sleeping area was renovated in the spring of 2022. The guest house on the host's property at the end of a cul-de-sac and has its own access. The residential area is surrounded by fields and meadows. Here you will find relaxation and be awakened by the chirping of birds. Enjoy nature on walks or bike rides.
