We had the best time staying at Elenas house! The facility is a sardinian dream and Elena is super kind and always available if any questions occur.

The place is quiet and fits the pictures. The sea is a 5-minute walk away by foot. Federica responds quickly and is very helpful. The outdoor area is spacious and is complemented by a pool. The accommodation from the inside is nicely decorated and equipped with the most important equipment. We would book it again.

This place was unreal. So peaceful totally private an absolute paradise we literally had to tear ourselves away as we did not want to leave at all Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful Would definitely recommend Heaven on earth!

Ugo's villa with swimming pool is located between the two most famous beaches of Marina di Tertenia, Foxi Manna and Foxi Mordegu: the main road is unique even if not lit at night, certainly with Google Maps and the location provided it is impossible not to comfortably reach the place. The house is in a private village closed to the public (if you have friends in the area you cannot host them, on the other hand there are solutions with a shared pool if you want to take a group vacation). You will have a key to open the automatic gate and a climb that takes you to an exclusive clearing next to the house to leave the car. The pool is beautifully treated with salt (ask to explain how to turn on the night light). There are deck chairs, a relaxation corner and a table. The porch is huge and there is shade from late morning onwards. The interior of the house is clean and tidy with everything you need (dishwasher, air conditioning, coffee maker). Ugo is always available for any problem!

We had a great time and we would go back. For two, the cottage was a wonderful size, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April, the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool had already opened. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and so it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it will be a bit livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk to the beach easily, but it is very steep. I wouldn't push a full stroller up. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and reacted immediately when we suddenly had no more water. Thanks again ☺️

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We had a great time staying at Ignazia's place. The view from the terrace was spectacular and Ignazia was very quick and helpful with all our questions. We would come back anytime.

Marianna and Vittorio are very friendly and accommodating hosts. We were greeted on arrival with a fruit basket, wine and jams. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and in the courtyard there is a grill and even a pizza oven. The 3-zone air conditioning is also extremely pleasant. There are beautiful beaches and hiking opportunities in the area!! For my birthday, Marianna baked extra cookies for me!! We and our children felt at home. Thank you for the great time! We'll be back!

Villa Casula was everything promised. Clean private and close to great restaurants and bars. It was in a real neighborhood not a tourist trap. The Villa was decorated so well, we left feeling inspired to redo our house 😂. We are looking forward to returning as both the Villa and the Country won our hearts. Alfredo, Sabina and Giovanni and Sophia all were amazing and made it so easy.

We loved our stay at Antonio/Marco's place is peaceful among the olive trees, ideally located between sea and mountain. The accommodation is modern, very clean, has all the amenities . Thank you to our hosts for their responsiveness and guidance. we highly recommend this accommodation.

This was a very peaceful location with a beautiful garden. The house is an idyllic Italian house on the country side. It was a perfect stay for us with our 1 year old daughter who could play inside and outside. Lucia gave us fresh strawberries from her garden and was always very helpful. We highly recommend!

Unfortunately, the directions from Airbnb were not quite correct, but through Alessandro's help you could find the place. Otherwise, the accommodation was an absolute dream. Very clean, quiet location and with a breathtaking view😊 Alessandro was really very helpful and fulfilled practically every wish. As a welcome gift, there was even a homemade wine and a small Sardinian specialty. We had a very nice stay!😊

We enjoyed the 6 nights in this cozy and quiet gem with an ideal starting point for excursions in all directions. High-quality and tasteful furnishings and fittings, comfortable beds, small French press and the cozy terrace with flexible protection from the morning sun immediately ensure relaxation and vacation rest. Daniela warmly welcomed us with treats and was always personally available for questions. Her tips for getting to know the nature and culture of the region were worth their weight in gold. This is an historic house with all of the modern conveniences. It is located very centrally in a beautiful mountain town with good access to hiking and the ocean. The owner was very helpful and generous when we had some difficulties. We were there off-season and were the first guests of the year, so there were a few kinks to work out, but at all worked out well. We will definitely return on our next visit.

The property is very small and compact, but impresses with its perfect central location (playground, restaurants, stand - everything within walking distance). We were 2 adults and a toddler, and found it just sufficient in terms of space. Check-in and communication were great and straightforward. We recommend the apartment due to the central location and would be happy to come back!

Wonderful stay in Orani at Valerios place. Amazing views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. It’s also just an hour and a half drive to either Olibia or Sassiri which Valerios place a great jumping point.

We stayed with Federica as a family of three for 5 nights and had a great time. The location and views are beautiful. We had the bikes with us and could easily explore the area. The sandy beach Foxi Manna is also particularly beautiful, and can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. The place is a bit remote, but just as we wanted! Restaurants, beach bars and mini market are available. We liked it very much, we can definitely recommend the place!

Cozily furnished cottage, 20 min walk to the beach. We imagined the outdoor area differently based on the photos. In the meantime, the garden lives up to the name Flowerhouse, it has become greener and more colorful around the house. We are happy to recommend the place.

Even though we only spent two nights at the Airbnb, we had a wonderful stay! We liked the Airbnb very much, everything as described and the garden was especially nice! In April, we had the beach almost to ourselves. Swimming was even possible, so feel free to bring beach towels. There are no restaurants within walking distance in the low season, but we were able to cook very well in the kitchen. We will be happy to come back!

In about 5 minutes' walk to restaurants , shops or supermarket (Conad) - excellent. Quiet location, nothing disturbs sleep. The photos are essentially correct, but make the rooms much brighter/more pleasant than in real life. Amenities and cleanliness are really good. Sitting in the garden was hardly possible because of the mosquitoes. For coffee drinkers, there is only a small espresso/mocha pot (1 cup) for the induction stove or instant coffee. One double bed is very good/comfortable. In the 2nd room, there are 2 beds next to each other. However, the mattresses are a few cm shorter and narrower than the frames/slatted frames. My son is about 1.85 m and couldn't sleep on it. Paola brought a new mattress the next day, which was thicker but not bigger. We then exchanged the rooms, as no larger one could be procured. The communication with Paola and her helpfulness were perfect! Overall, a great week that the three of us were able to spend there. Thank you Paola!
