The apartment is wonderful, beautiful landscape, very clean house, wonderful Jacuzzi. Alexandre was very attentive and helpful.

Super new, clean and comfortable apartment. Very well equipped, we barbecued and used the kitchen as if we were at home. Maysa was super attentive and flexible, gave clear instructions and was very proactive to make us feel well accommodated. The apartment is in a very privileged point of the beach, with the best restaurants right on the sand and walking distance from the restaurants at night.

Perfect stay, the loft is incredible, the host is very attentive, we stayed the weekend and I have no words to praise, a 1000. I'll be back more often!!

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

Simply, perfect I loved to do everything on foot, go to the beach, mall, market and bakery. I will definitely come back often.

We went as a family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, it has an excellent location within the condominium: close to the beach and in front of the market that the condominium has (which, by the way, has a fair price). The view from the balcony is of the mountains, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the garage and the entire check-in process was excellent. I recommend it!

The house is wonderful, clean, cozy, well maintained and full of details that make us feel at home. But what really made the difference in our stay was Nenê. She has a caring way of taking care of everything, always willing to help, give tips on tours and even order fresh seafood to prepare with that homemade seasoning that only she knows how to make. And the chocolate cake? Delicious! We will definitely return!

The house is even better than it looks in the pictures! Super complete, spacious and comfortable — we were positively surprised as soon as we arrived. The environments are very well cared for, and the space is even larger than we imagined. A very special highlight goes to Ingrid, who is extremely attentive, always available and helpful in everything we need. Ronaldo also deserves praise, always concerned about whether everything was right, if we needed anything — they made all the difference in our stay! The only point to consider is access to the house: it is on top of a hill and the climb is very steep, with many holes and ditches. Not every car climbs easily. But despite this, it is something beyond the control of the hosts and definitely did not prevent us from enjoying every moment. We highly recommend the stay and we would definitely be back!

The house was much larger than we expected with a stunning seaside view. Very unique layout with lots of interesting features. Would definitely stay again!

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven and it is close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the guidelines correctly. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

Johanna was proactive and helpful from the beginning, responding quickly and clearly. It was very important to hire the housekeeper Macielly during the days of our stay, organizing the house with great appreciation and care. Beautiful house, with a spectacular view! All in wood and very well designed, with all rooms facing the sea — a real privilege. It is perfect for hosting families or groups of friends. We had unforgettable moments there, especially with the support of Thaise, who was super kind and took care of every detail to make our stay perfect. I highly recommend it!

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

Excellent stay. It rained a lot during the period I was at the house, so having comfort, kitchen equipment, barbecue and everything working was great. The house is exactly as shown in the photos - maybe even a little better. All kitchen utensils were clean, as were the rooms. Very well equipped house. The host's service and the information provided were impeccable! I recommend it.

We loved the stay. Positive points: Well located, 2 blocks from the beach, clean and well organized house, all closed with screens and free of insects, well equipped (glasses, kitchen utensils, ...only the coffee maker was broken but there was a strainer), fantastic barbecue, top showers, super quiet and well-frequented place, without noisy people, safe place with 24-hour concierge, photos just like the residence. Great for spending a few days with the family, accommodating 5 people very well. Opportunities for improvement: Larger trash can in the kitchen, softer mattresses and without additional covers (my preference), cabinets a little worn by the sea air, but in good condition, a little more facilities offered in the service such as putting and removing rented bed linens (detail) and a little more agility in communication. We'll be back for sure. Many thanks to Caroline and Dilson for providing us with this opportunity, we think it's fantastic!!!

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recommended!

I went in 3 people, and the flat met all my expectations. In terms of location, it is located in a condominium that is literally in front of entrance 11 of Maresias beach, and is simply the best part of the beach. I went in the middle of Carnival, and it was a marvel. The condominium is great, the pool is very good, I used a lot of the leisure area with ping pong and also the shower when arriving from the beach. Lucão was very flexible about the check-in and check-out time as well, answered all my questions about the flat, what to take, and also gave great tips for tours in Maresias. I recommend it!!

Simply in love with my stay! The apê is super clean, organized and has a view of the sea that even looks like a movie setting. There was everything I needed there, every detail thought out with affection. And Cesar, the host, is out of order! Super good people, always available and made everything for my experience to be perfect. It was all so amazing that I'm already wanting to come back! Undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I've ever had.
