Architects' Beach House with Privileged View

Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

Our Red Beach is almost untouched and offers the perfect wave conditions for surfing. Another beach nearby called Tenório has soft waves and fine sand that invites you for a caipirinha at one of its typical kiosks. In 30 minutes walking distance is a little beach called "Cedro" They say it is one of the 10 most beautiful beaches of brazil.
