Comfortable and safe the beach house receives lots of natural light, it is airy with constant air renewal throughout the rooms. Tranquility and comfort within a safe condominium with 24-hour in-person doorman. Boat House, foot in the sand & charm...

An old house by boat, built in the 1950s that belonged to the old Belvedere hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth strolling in a canoe.
