Decorated with antique furniture, the house is simple and cozy. The property consists of a main house with 2 suites (bedrooms 2 and 3) and a bedroom (bedroom 1), bathroom, living room and kitchen. The other two bedrooms (bedrooms 4 and 5) and one more bathroom are in the back of the house.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
