Immersed in the pine forest, the building is equipped with a park and condominium games room. Free parking downstairs from the house. A stone's throw from the well-known ski fields of Campo Smith and the playground and five minutes (walk) from the old village. The free shuttle stop to downtown is right below the house!

Very nice two-room apartment near Campo Smith, in one of the most beautiful complexes of Bardonecchia with concierge, common room, equipped laundry, children's playroom,large communal garden. The decor is delightful made to measure, the kitchen is new equipped with everything , the bathroom is spacious. The bedroom has a double bed, in the living room a comfortable single sofa bed. Suitable for couples and families (possibility to add a cot). The price includes a covered parking spot and skibox.

The home is very sunny and comfortable, and has its own separate entrance from the condominium. Located on the 1st floor, it offers a beautiful view of the mountains from its balcony. Possibility to use a private garage with a parking space. You'll have a ski box located in the condominium. Great for wonderful relaxing summer and winter getaways.
