Excellent apartment, exactly as described. All amenities needed for a ski trip for 4, and very close to the ski lifts, bakery, restaurants and bars. Very flexible check in despite our late arrival- clear instructions for check in via the lock box made arrival very smooth. Will definitely use again on our next trip to Le Praz- thank you!

Really lovely flat at the top of the village! Great accessibility with free navette to the slopes! Beautiful views and great terrace to have a coffee in the morning or a beer at night! Comfortable, will go there again!

Our 2 families had a wonderful week in Julien’s chateau. Located right off the run, it is a true ski in and ski out. The place was abundant in space, extra supplies, new linens and gorgeous views. I can’t say enough great things about the chateau or the hosts. Julien helped secure, hard to get reservations during New Years and offered loads of other incredible dinning experiences. He was responsive and went above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable trip for all of us.

Thanks to Françoise and Jean Patrick for their flexibility and kindness. The accommodation is renovated and modern. It feels like home. It is conveniently located 20 minutes from the Vars, Risoul and Arvieux stations.

Wonderful and cozy place to spend time closer to nature

Comfortable, well-equipped, very clean accommodation in a very quiet area but with quick access to Turin and the highway. perfect for a stay to discover Turin and its surroundings

The stay was a truly great experience. The house itself is the perfect blend of traditional and cozy, but with plenty of modern amenities, from the fancy showers to the fireplaces hooked up to the heating system to the modern and well-furnished kitchen. There is plenty of space as well - there were four of us, and we each had our own room. The furniture is comfortable, and the evenings by the fire were for sure a highlight of our trip. The area is very beautiful, a tranquil location packed with good hikes for people who love nature. We went on a hike towards Uja di Calcante starting directly from the house, encountering some stunning views. Bruno was also very helpful and friendly, giving us tips for the area and even leaving us some good prosecco to enjoy. All in all, a unique and highly recommended experience!

very well furnished apartment, the owner is responsive and attentive. for 4 the space is ideal, each its space with the 2 bedrooms , the living room is pleasant with a large terrace. the owner is available, very responsive to exchanges. close to all shops, slopes, restaurant . Excellent stay, well organized and functional studio. Located on the main road, it is very convenient but a little noisy. Graziella was very responsive, accommodating and friendly...we will be back!!!

Check-in was smooth, with very clear instructions. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night’s sleep. The balcony offers a wonderful view, adding to the overall experience. Located inside a modern complex, it was a great bonus to have a ski equipment rental office in the same building. Additionally, the shutters and blinds provided excellent light control, allowing for a peaceful rest. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything. I would strongly recommend this place and would love to return!
