I look forward to welcoming everyone to my renovated, highly equipped, air-conditioned downtown apartment. The apartment has a 4K Smart TV, wifi, Netflix and Disney+ to help you relax. It's also possible to drink coffee, tea, and cook. The train station is 5 minutes walk, the arcade is 500 meters away, the city center is 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. Nearby: convenience store, pharmacy, tobacco shop, supermarket, post office, pastry shop, pizza place, cafe, and Wave bath. Pets are available upon request.

Our small holiday home “Cottage Small but Fine” is right in the center of the village, so there are many requirements within 150 meters such as: playground, Kulturház, post office and a supermarket. The Danube is located less than 750 meters from the cottage. Wonderfully central and equipped with all the comforts! The “Cottage Small but Fine” has been completely renovated and is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. We tried to create an atmospheric ambiance, which we think we did succeed!

Az apartman Kaposváron egy négyemeletes társasház 3. emeletén találhatò. A belvárostól kb. 500 méterre helyezkedik el, gyalogosan is könnyen megközelíthető. A közelben bolt, étterem, cukrászda, játszótér is megtalálható. Kaposvári Aréna 200 méterre, Desedára vezető kerékpárút 500 méterre van. A lakás 2024-ben lett felújítva. Az apartman légkondicionált. Ingyenes wifi biztosított az egész lakás területén belül. Gyermekes családokat is szívesen várunk, etetőszéket, utazóágyat tudunk biztosítani.

Érezd jól magad villány központi utcáján lévő nyaralónkban! Igazán közel a pincesorhoz (és a nagy játszótérhez is)! Saját igényeink szerint alakítottuk ki (180-as franciaágy egybe-matraccal, mikro, nespresso-kávéfőző, mosogatógép, ggle-tv) és a kisgyermekekre is gondoltunk, nekünk is van 3:) - etetőszék, babaágy rendes matraccal, wc-szűkítő, kiskád, fellépő, gyerek étkészlet. Baráti társaságok a hatalmas asztal körül tölthetik együtt a véget nem érő villányi estéket a pincelátogatás után! :)

My place is a beautifully renovated, stylish apartment in the heart of Pécs. Located on the 1st floor of a heritage building at the quiet end of the main walking street of Pecs. Austere interior furnished with all necessities, but nothing more; we provide the frame, you bring your story. Sitting on the window pane of the living room you can view the passersby on Kiraly street, while from the bedroom enjoy the quiet of the inner yard of the house. Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
