A lakás kiválóan alkalmas családok részére, mert 2 fürdőszoba, 2 wc és egy közösségi térrel is rendelkezik. Az apartman a 4. emeleten található, lift nincs, azonban cserébe páratlan panoráma terül elénk a teraszról, Székesegyház, Tv torony, a belvárosra néz.

Remembering the active scene of the art, music scene, the traces of the place, such as the doors of the entrance and hallway filled with stickers over the years. However, today, SZOBA awaits its guests as a fully equipped apartment that meets all needs, in a central location (Király Street) in the heart of the city. Private terrace, air-conditioned, and pet-friendly accommodation!

I look forward to welcoming everyone to my fully renovated apartment near the city center. The apartment has Netflix and Disney+ streaming subscriptions and Wi-Fi for relaxation. The kitchen is highly equipped, it is possible to cook and bake. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Nearby are a café, bakery, confectionery, convenience store, tobacco shop, drugstore, laundry, gym, bus stops and pharmacy. Pets can be brought on request.

Pécs belvárosában, csendes, zöldövezeti környezetben található klímatudatos lakás. Az ingatlan két hálószobával és két fürdőszobával rendelkezik, valamint egy tágas, különálló nappali és egy nagy terasz biztosítja a kényelmet és a kikapcsolódást. A ház fenntartható energiával üzemel, a lakás berendezésében pedig a környezettudatosság fontos szerepet játszott.
