Csendes, madárcsicsergős zug Pécs belvárosában, karnyújtásnyira a Zsolnay Negyedtől, a Kodály Központtól és a Király utca forgatagától. A vendégház egy hálószobával (franciaágy) és egy nappali-konyhával rendelkezik (kétszemélyes kanapé). A konyha jól felszerelt: vízforraló, Bialetti kotyogós kávéfőző, üvegkerámia főzőlap, mikrohullámú sütő, hűtőszekrény, illetve egy tágas terasz gondoskodik a vendégek kényelméről.
