Warm welcome from owner on arrival. Lovely apartment, clean and spacious great location. Meal at the captains table beautiful, staff extremely friendly, good value for money. We will definitely book again in the near future !

Diana is great host. The place is located within walking distance to the city, the 2 city parks - Westburn & Victoria. Quite pleasant place. The place is very clean & everything is new & well maintained.

We had a great stay and would stay again. :) Loved the little touches, like cookies, water and coffee as well as supplied laundry detergent. Communication was timely and supportive.

Great location within Stonehaven, with loads of free parking outside the apartment. Very clean and spacious. Jackie was very friendly and gave lots of details for check in and the local area.

Really enjoyed the stay. Lovely host. Lovely surroundings and will be visiting again soon.

My parents were visiting from England with their labrador in tow. Fiona was wonderfully accommodating from start to finish, from a flexible check-in time to even creating a cute welcome sign that included the dog’s name! The flat is spacious and well appointed and my parents both found it very comfortable for their 2 weeks stay. My dad particularly appreciated the vinyl collection and listening to them on the provided record player. The location is perfect with the building being right on the main road into the city centre - perfect for catching a bus into town - but the flat itself is at the back of the building so is very quiet and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen helped make them feel at home for their two week stay and less like they were in a hotel. My parents would happily stay again!

Catherine met us on arrival and talked us through all we needed to know about the apartment. Milk, coffee, tea and biscuits were supplied. Everything was of a very high standard and extremely clean. The location on the Main Street was perfect for accessing the local amenities and walks. Ballater itself is a very picturesque town with great shops and restaurants and just for a change “free parking !”. We made great use of the superb butcher located directly across the road. We were able to explore the local region with Balmoral Castle and Dunnottar Castle being just 2 of the many highlights. Overall the apartment gives great value in a superb location. We did have one small issue which was dealt with very quickly by Catherine and Jonathan. We would love to return and would definitely recommend this comfortable, stylish home from home. A wonderful stay in Elgin. The nook is in a quiet corner of town right beside the park and various cycling/walking trails. Highly recommended!

A lovely flat right in the middle of Stonehaven, only a minutes walk to the harbour. The flat comfortably accommodated my family, 2 adults and 2 kids. Well appointed and clean. the view from the kitchen window is worth the money alone and we saw dolphins jumping around in the bay from it. Lovely spot that I'd return to in a heartbeat.

Nice apartment location and a good staff service

My second stay at Anne’s place and my husband’s third. Great base to visit family and very convenient for shops, cafes and pubs/restaurants in the village. Family staying with us appreciated the ground floor access and low profile shower tray.

Louise was wonderful! She thought of everything we might need plus more. as asked foe an extra mattress, she put an extra bed in. she had coffee, tea, driving ks and snacks available! I definitely will stay with her again!

Great spot for walking to the city. Plenty of shops, cafes and clubs close by. Gillian was very helpful and responded to any questions I had very quickly. Would recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit Aberdeen

My stay at Ruth and Dave's air b&b was fantastic. Communication went very smooth and I was lucky that I could get in before 15.00 hrs as the location had been cleaned a day earlier (no guests the night before). The front door of the house looked a bit battered and the staircase was old and quite dirty (apartment is on second floor) but once in the apartment it was all welcoming, clean, new, stylish and fresh. Lots of different teas to choose from. Good information folder. Spotless bathroom and nice bedroom. Wifi worked perfectly. The only tip I have got is: it would be good if the curtains in the bedroom would be a dark colour / heavier quality as in the mornings you are waken up very early as a lot of light comes into the bedroom once the sun comes up. Walking tip: theres a great walking path all the way along the river Dee. Thank you Ruth!

Gardenstown is a great place for a quiet break. Claire’s house was clean, comfortable and in a superb location. The village has all basic amenities. The short walk to the harbour was easy and is a great place to be if you want a quiet, peaceful break. Everyone is so friendly. Would highly recommend taking a relaxing break here.

Place was excellent. Very clean. It would have been nice to have instructions on where to locate wifi router with password. We did reach out the the host and after sometime was in a back bedroom behind a drawn curtain. Also we had difficulty figuring out the washing machine. We did figure out the coffee maker etc but coming from other countries its always helpful for some instructions as many of our appliances are not the same. Otherwise would highly recommend and would stay here again. I will say it was pristine in cleanliness and very comfy beds. Definitely worth the price. Not related to the place but we almost missed the train when we left as Uber states they service Aberdeen B UT they do not. Please use taxis. Thank you John for hosting.

A comfortable and well-located place.

Loved our stay at the Holburn Street flat! It’s cozy, spotless, and just a short walk to a large retail park, Robert Gordon University, and near the city center. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic apartment and a great host. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to work commitments as it was a nice place to stay, hopefully will be back up soon

This was the second time my father has stayed here and he was very happy to come back and would be very happy to do so again. Steven is a very helpful host and the space is excellent and attractive. Very comfortable. Can't recommend enough.
