Lovely property, we had the best time staying here. Had no issues as check in and the stay was very simple so had no need to contact the host. 6 of us stayed for a girls weekend and had plenty of space. Would definitely recommend!

What an absolutely wonderful and cosy cottage!!Stayed here with my partner for a romantic getaway and it's exactly what we needed. It was so so private and secluded, and the hot tub was amazing. Alongside that, Julie and Dave were incredible and helpful hosts. We came here by motorbike on a long road trip and the bike broke down just as we arrived, Julie and Dave were very helpful and recommended us a mechanic - went there and got it all sorted the next day. We loved it here so much we had to ask to stay another night! The area around is beautiful too. The place has everything you need and we couldn't be happier. It's cosy, romantic, private, and got all the bits you need! Hoping to have a chance to come back in the near future, we loved it!!! Thank you for having us, C & K

My family of 5 and I stayed 2 nights at Dean's lodge. It is cozy and comfortable, staged beautifully. We had plenty of space and loved being close to all the sites around Banchory. Dean is extremely quick to respond to questions and was a breeze to work with. Highly recommend!!

What a fabulous place with the best hosts. Couldn't fault a thing. Everything was spotless and anything you could need was provided. Lovely comfortable stay. Lots of additional communal space which we didn't use but would have been great if travelling with friends of children. The hosts couldn't have done anymore for us. Definitely hope to visit again.

All good, the whirlpool was certainly a huge plus and used almost every evening. Her clear and comprehensive communication really made arriving and leaving pure bliss. Just a remark - the beds were a tad too soft for our liking, but that's strictly our own preference and doesn't take anything away from the overall experience at all. 10 out of 10, cleary would book again.

Lovely stay and very helpful host. The lodge is spacious, clean and private and a great location for exploring the area. Only criticism would be the noise from the boiler and fridge were a little disturbing for sleeping in the adjacent bedroom.

Excellent accommodation and excellent location. There’s a path next to the site which takes you up a hill where there are deer, nice for a short walk in the morning with the dog. I had a dog with me and missed the small extra payment on the info but the host was very patient (I even forgot to pay it the evening I said I would a couple days ago!). Would definitely go back. Absolutely lovely place that we didn't want to leave! Very quaint location away from everything. We were surrounded by farm animals, was lovely seeing chickens, rooster and even a peacock running around! The cabin turned out to be more spacious than the photos made it look. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. The highlight was definitely seeing the Aurora on our first night there! Would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway, 6/5 stars!

I stayed in Tara's place with my husband, daughter and my 10 month old Gordon Setter. Check in was very easy and when I was held up at work with a CP concern there was no issue. I contacted Tara about having a later check in and she responded within a few minutes. The accommodation is just perfect and has everything that you would need for your stay. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower. Lovely decking area right next to the woods. The site it is on is amazing, so clean and well kept. Scotch Corner is an absolute gem as a base from which to explore the beautiful Moray coast. Thanks Tara!

This lodge is a gem find 😊. In a quiet location with gorgeous views. Inside it was home from home. Very welcoming, beautifully furnished with loads of little touches, light and airy. It was spotless and smelt clean and fresh. Welll equipped inside and on the balcony. Stephen and Sandra communicated before with clear instructions, directions as there is no signal until connected to the WI-FI. We loved every moment and wished we had booked a longer stay.

A stay at the Queen’s Hut is a magical experience. Having your own secluded lochside setting, amongst a beautiful pine forest is very special. The interior of the hut has been thoughtfully decorated. The hut is a short walk into Aboyne that had a nice pub and good amenities. We loved every minute of our stay.

Only criticism was the lack of a tin opener!

Stayed for 3 nights with my partner, just before Christmas as we were visiting family in Lossiemouth. Lindsay was super helpful and communicative as soon as we booked. The caravan was perfect, bigger than expected, very clean and comfortable. It was a wet windy cold weekend but once the heating was on, the caravan was lovely and warm. Gorgeous location right on the beach. We will definitely look at staying again (hopefully in the warmer weather!) so we can enjoy the location a bit more. Overall a perfect stay.

Lovely cabin, exactly as described. Portia was responsive and helpful. The place was spotless. Beautiful surroundings area, and a good place to stay for a base if exploring the local area, or using it while travelling around Scotland. Would definitely stay again!

if you like the outdoors this is a perfect location with lots of walking and cycling direct from the accommodation. the secure bike storage is a great facility

Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful cabin,everything we imagined a log cabin would be,big thank you to Ally & Jason for welcoming our 2 ragdoll cats who loved their daily walks in the woods on their harnesses,so tranquil & peaceful & plenty places to visit in surrounding area,we visited,Aberchirder,Banff,Huntly & went on the Heritage train from Keith to Dufftown & return,we will defo be back

We loved our stay at Oak Lodge. It was a lovely space with everything we needed. Perfect for a weekend getaway

Had a lovely two-night stay at Badger’s Den with a few friends. The bedrooms are very compact, but the living area was nicely spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked and two toilets (one with shower) were appreciated. It’s a short walk to the absolutely stunning beach, though the caravan park pool was an extra charge. Overall, a great small place for a short stay.

The directions to the property were perfect. We had to have an ambulance attend us whilst we were there and in a very anxious moment I knew I could rely on the directions given to direct the ambulance to us. The van was a perfect retreat. It was warm and cosy and the on-site facilities were great. The beach was really easy to access. I left something behind in the van and the host was right on the phone to me asking where it should be posted. Looking forward to our next trip there soon.

Set in a peaceful part of the park, Helen’s lodge is beautifully presented and is in an ideal location for Lossiemouth town and for exploring the north east coast. The lodge has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable. 5⭐️
